UPDATE July 2022 (10 X 10 indoor unit) I started out with $86 for my unit and it went up a few months later to $100. That's ok I understand a price increase. This month I had a 75% increase in my bill without warning my bill was $175. The manager was able to give me a break for 1 month seeing as how I was not given warning for the increase. Due to competitive rates in the area they have decided to up my rate. It makes no sense to have loyalty to a business that would do that. My advice to someone looking for storage is to always be on the lookout for the best rate and be prepared to move every year or so as this is the game you will have to play to get the best rate. Supporting local business owners will not help you in the storage world. May 2021 It was so easy to sign up! It took us 10 minutes on line and we immediately got a human call thanking us for our business! The building is completely automated so it’s super easy to navigate. The building is well lit, clean and odorless. I completely recommend!

Can’t say enough about how great Tearny and Pixie are. Tearny saved the day when I lost my lock key and Pixie came up with an idea on reaching a top shelf. The facility itself is clean and well kept and I’ve been extremely satisfied.

On-site staff was super cheerful and helpful. We have a company storage locker at this facility, and there's a bit of difficulty with getting different people access to the locker, but it's good that they make an effort to control who has access. Overall, good place with helpful staff, keeping access controlled, but being reasonable about it.

I picked this location out of convenience, but I’m so happy that I did. I chose the wrong size storage unit. However, on that same day within 10 minutes the staff was able to get me a bigger unit, no hassle. The staff is so friendly. Every time I come in everyone is helpful. The storage unit area/facility is always clean.
