The sub was a mess. I lost most of my meat because it was just thrown together. I ordered the meatball sub and the marinara was all over the place. Made the bread soggy and I dropped most of the meat out of the sandwich.

I have been critical of the Eureka subway before, especially when they used to run out of broccoli cheddar soup at 5:00 p.m., when dinner is just starting. However, the female and male that served me and my son were very nice, very polite, quick but efficient, and really do a good job. Thank you for making me see that subway can improve.

I just moved to Eureka 3 months ago and have been to this subway 3 or 4 times since. Have not had a good experience 1 of the times. Without fail, at least 1 of the employees has been lazy and rude every time, making it seem like the biggest inconvenience that I’d come to subway to get a sandwich made for me. I suggest driving to goodfield or washington. 10-15 minutes away, and you’ll get far better service. Huge thumbs down to Eureka Subway.

Always great service. Friendly staff. The store looks clean and my food is always delicious. The young lady with the tattoos and fun hair always makes our visit worth it. She knows what I want before I do most of the time. She always asks how my wife and I are doing, and you can tell she actually cares. The rest of the employees could take a few tips from her, because some of them act like helping customers is inconvenient and they can be quite rude. Overall it’s usually a very pleasant experience, and we will continue to come back.

The 2 guys that were working today were very courteous and waited while I decided what I wanted to order. They made me a really good sandwich. Chicken breast on wheat, toasted. Of course, I had some fixings on it.

I have never been to a restaurant where the employees make me feel bad for asking them to make me food, but this subway does every time I go there. I have never experienced such rude and hateful service and the quality of the food rarely makes up for it. I will drive to a different town for my subs from now on.

The food was good but very messy. The bread was broken apart and tuna running everywhere. Still tasted great though. Just glad I was at home eating it!

I love subway, but literally every time I go into this store they are out of everything! My boy wanted a pizza today, she informed me they were all frozen. Today they only had a choice of wheat bread, but I'll give that to them, because last week when I tried to get a sandwich they informed me they didn't have any bread! I don't know if it's an employee or management problem, but either way this location does a horrible job of providing a good experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. I waited over 5 minutes to order in drive thru. Pulled up to window. Waited over 20 minutes. Never paid. Never saw either employee(two visibly working) even start our food ( for four people). Kept serving inside customers. Didn't talk to me or anything. I drove off. I've never done that before. The lack of service or even acknowledgement was atrocious.
