Great pharmacy, good rewards system, some things are bit over priced but I don't/won't shop at Walmart so it's an okay option for those kind of things.

Maybe the inside pharmacy is better, all I have ever used is the drive thru, but I rarely leave without a scratch your head moment. Today as I picked up my family's medicine I was told I needed to provide addresses "for all these people". I guess the last names all being the same was not enough to draw a conclusion. Once I was even told that an antibiotic was going to take longer to fill because they had to make it. I just prayed she meant count out the little pills.

Walgreens in general is great. Those few employees who work in the Sterling Store who don't understand the definition of customer service make it a frustrating experience whether the pharmacy or general store employee.

Okay they had three strikes and they whiffed. Over the top procedures made normal services a nightmare. Forget whatever you were going to do here and go somewhere else

The staff @ Sterling Walgreens is amazing. They are super friendly and always helpful. I switched to CVS for awhile to save a few bucks, but, that was a huge mistake. Thank you for your great service!! I'll think twice before I ever switch again!!

Pretty convenient, has a handful of items you can get from there. Staff is friendly, and you can be in and out fast. Has a lot of makeup options to choose from and a wide range of hair colors and different brands to use, which my daughters love. Also has a great candy aisle 😅.

Very rude woman working the phone at the sterling location. Don’t call because the customer service is terrible, just go talk to them in person so they aren’t rude to your face.

Almost every time we go for our meds there is an issue. Tonight we stop to pick up my son's medicine for anxiety and depression. We scanned last night and get a message at 10 am today it is ready. Go to pick up at 530 pm and not ready and nothing on order. They can have it ready in 30 min. I'm sorry after myself and my wife work 10 to 12 hours a day we would like the convenience of our stuff being ready for pick up. If there is a problem with your app please update it.

Do not use this location for photos. I normally do not print at this location, so this review only speaks for the experience I had at the Sterling location. The customer in front of me had a vintage picture that was a colorized portrait (my grandparents had them so I recognized it). The customer wanted to get copies. The employee working the photo counter told her that she could not violate copyright and needed the photo release. The customer said that the picture was over 60 years old and it has just been in the family. The employee directed her to another business that would do it without the photo release. The customer tried again to say that there was no way to get a release and the employee said there was nothing she could do. Next I came up to get my Internet order. I had already paid at the counter and she noticed a note to check for photo release. I had done all of the photos except for ones purchased through the Disney World Memory Maker. I immediately acknowledged which photos the note would be referencing and showed her my Memory Maker information. She told me that I needed "written permission" from each of the photographers throughout the park because that is who owns the photos. I told her that is not right and there was no way to acquire such documentation. She told me she had seen other Disney photos come through with the proper release. Finally she said "I will let this slide, but you are putting this establishment at risk of being shut down" and explained that they will audit the printing of photos. She then tied to get me to pay again, of which my receipt was sitting on the counter as I had not picked it up. I handed it to her and she had to read it over to see that I had already paid. Neither the customer before me nor myself were trying to be decietful or acquire product that was not allowed. This employee was taking it upon herself and used her completely skewed version of copyright law to hinder business. I will certainly not be returning to this location for photo printing.

Was trying to receive money via western union and it kept messing up I asked for help and the manager I believe he was walked over to help me then just walked off talking with his coworkers. I left and he came after me and said I was going to help you. I felt like I burdened them. So I left to go somewhere else!
