Clearly a clinic who truly loves cats. 100% obvious the owner is being pulled into 1000 different directions and it gave me too much anxiety to work with this facility. My cat was taken care of but I was very uncomfortable being asked to stand outside because I wanted vaccinated but watched an old man walk around without a mask on with his cat. I wanted to really like this place, but maybe it’s just the timing. Idk.

I cannot rave enough about Dr.Saunders. I brought my senior cat Rex to her last week. She gave him a very thorough exam but with such caring and patience. Her love and knowledge of cats is incredible! I am going to make appt to bring our other 2 cats to her. I have had many cats over the years and so glad I finally found a vet for my cats who really cares.

Someone in my town referred me to Cat Care Clinic of the Nyacks, when I was looking for a groomer for my Persian cat. I’ve gone there twice, both times when my cat was extremely matted. I asked for a lion cut, as his coat was beyond a simple grooming & brush out. They did a great job and he wasn’t traumatized. I’ve now recommended this clinic to others looking for a groomer for their cats.

Moved to Nyack a couple years ago and just brought my two cats for a check up. I had an end-of-day appointment and Dr. Saunders still gave her undivided attention. The exam was thorough and everyone at the office was communicative and listened. Because of COVID, I waited outside the window to watch the exam, but it was really easy to talk to the doctor and nurses and not a hassle at all. Great experience overall and will be bringing my cats back for their next checkup!

Have taken cats here for more than 15 years, never had a problem, always had prompt, professional caring veterinarian services from Dr. MO. . . . She really cares, knows all the animals by name, and will squeeze in the emergencies.

Been going to Dr Saunders for over 20 years . She’s taken care of 3 of my cats and I’ve always entrusted her with their care. She is trustworthy, compassionate , and very knowledgeable. She saved my one girls life when she had sudden acute kidney failure. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Saunders is simply the best. She is thorough in her exams, and has a genuine love for all cats. We're comfortable bringing our cats there, as she takes time with each one to understand how they are doing. She was so compassionate when we had to put our Joey down recently as well. I would also like to give a shout out to her fantastic team of vet techs and assistants. Her admin assistant, Lindsay, is also great -- totally on top of things, very professional and friendly. She always gets back to us in a timely manner and takes real interest in how our cats are doing. Dr. Saunders has made herself available in cases of emergency, and it's nice to know we can always rely on her.

Dr. Saunders is a skilled and caring vet. She has a great personality, and has provided consistently excellent care to my cats over the years. She answers my myriad questions and is never dismissive of any of my concerns. The staff is great and Lindsay-the admin- is so helpful, organized, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I've always have had an exceptional experience here. To be honest, I rave about this place to all my friends. Dr. Saunders knows how to handle cats and is extremely caring and attentive. I have never been to a better vet. All vets are pricey (citing a previous review). I also have never had them force me to buy anything. I could go on and on, but I can't say enough good things about Dr. Saunders and her staff at the Cat Care Clinic of Nyack.
