Dr. Chloe did an amazing job on my Labrador Samson’s ACL surgery. She has been amazing at answering all of my many e-mails and questions promptly. She also explains everything very throughly during the consultation appointment so you understand the details of what is to transpire for surgery. We are so grateful to her and her staff for helping to make this a smooth process!!

We had an emergency with one of the animals in our rescue on a Friday night. They were the only clinic to offer us to come back the next day (as their exotics vet was not there at the time). They saw us the next day and were very understanding about small mammal care. They didn’t make us feel like we needed to do extra tests etc., they were honest about her prognosis and supportive. Definitely recommend for small animal emergency care, they were great with our rat.

They are a highway Robbery…. Took my grandparents money and let their dog go without helping her and she ended up passing away shortly after. They don’t even have an emergency surgeon and no one there can’t even do radiation testing or isn’t a licensed in ultrasonography. They charged almost $800 just for an X-ray and the visit and never even showed us the X-ray results. They basically insulted us by wanting upfront payment immediately before they even touched our dog. SO MONEY TO THEM IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR ANIMALS HEALTH! I hope they feel guilty for letting our dog die.

They were supposed to be open until 8pm. My cat was having an emergency and we drove all the way 40 miles down and then back. When we arrived there was a sign saying they were closed and would reopen in the morning. I tried to call thinking it was an error but she said she would not see anymore animals today. Apparently our pets are just supposed to die now if it's inconvenient or after hours.

The blonde receptionist was extremely rude as well as the vet. If you're working with animals, especially in emergency situations, you should be capable of some compassion. They did nothing for my dog and refused to give her basic care until harassing me about the payment method, and then tried to add extra charges on top of everything as soon as they got my card info. Awful people, will never return here.

Dr. Wormser did major surgery on my almost 15 year old standard poodle which was life saving . Her and her team took amazing care of my Lovey!! Communication was great and Lovey sailed through it with flying colors thanks to Dr. Wormser skills as a surgeon!!

I brought my dog here for a porcupine attack. The vet and tech were very helpful, answered all my questions, and were very upright about all the prices and made sure I was able to afford everything before it was done. My dog was most definitely treated with the best medical care! Overall, I had a great experience! I was also seen very promptly.

I have to say this emergency clinic was amazing! We just moved back to the area recently and hadn't established a vet yet. So had to take my senior dog in on a Monday evening and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Unfortunately, I had to bring her back a few days later and have her euthanized. It was late in the evening and they were so kind and respectful of both my little dog and myself. Don't hesitate to use this emergency clinic. Amazing and kudos to the entire staff for making a very difficult few days a little less stressful!

Wish I didn't have to rely on this place so often but I am grateful for them and their care for my elderly Yorkie. Most recently, I had to return because the emergency vet in Latham (closest to my home) wasn't answering their phone. My dog suddenly couldn't walk or hold up his head. As usual, we received compassionate care. On this particular night the place was swamped with emergencies due to the unavailability of the Latham location. That was stressful on everyone. My only complaint is that pet owners ignored the signs requiring people to wear masks inside. Also stressful. I appreciate the staff and the fact that I know I can count on this team for our pet emergencies. Thank you!

Horrible communication, I spoke to the overnight staff a little before 7 Am I told him it may take me an hour to reach he told me that it will be okay there should be no wait because it’s Sunday morning. I arrive by 8:01 AM and I was told from the morning staff that the doctor will not be seeing anyone else that she was at capacity. Which was understanding but driving over 40 miles to be turned around because I was missed informed sucked. My dog had an open deep cut on his neck and they didn’t even try to accommodate us a little.
