In 1978, West Ridge became the first American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited hospital in the area. My kitty was feeling sick and I was able to bring her in same day. All of the vets and techs were so kind and patient to me and Marmalade. I love that they can run bloodwork in-house so you don't have to wait days for results. They fixed up my kitty with the meds she needed and made sure I could administer everything safely at home. The vet tech even helped me get Marmalade safely in my car. I'm so grateful for their care and expertise. Marmalade is feeling much better already.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The vet will talk with you before making any decisions. I would highly recommend West Ridge Animal Hospital to anyone. I have been completely satisfied every time I have taken one of my dogs in to be seen.

We took out 4 dogs here for their first visit since moving to the area. The staff gets a 10/10 for the care and compassion our pups received. They were great with handling our dogs from our littlest chihuahua to our giant shepherd malamute mix. We are glad we found a great vet office to take our dogs to in our new area.

I took my two cats here, and they helped them feel very comfortable! They sent a questionnaire about my cats a few days before to get to know their habits and lifestyle. Then, they sent an email with tips on how to make them comfortable at the vet including a mention of their "cats only" lobby area. It was great! In the exam room, they let our cats explore freely to reduce their anxiety and handled them gently. They were super helpful with tips on their preventative care, suggestions for betterment, and walking through best practices for our upcoming cross-country move. They even gave each of them a new toy as we left! Their customer service was delightful, and their pricing is reasonable. If we weren't moving, we would definitely be back!

If you have any pet needs WRAH is the place to go! We have been taking our geriatric kitty here for 2 years now and they do great work for him. What really topped the cake though was how AWESOME they were with our brand new 6 week old puppy. We took her in to get a wellness exam done and get some of her vaccines. They advised us that if we had any concerns to call and ask. Well sure enough our puppy starts vomiting and has a little diarrhea. I called back and asked if we should bring her back in and they said yes and that she is probably having an allergic reaction to one of the vaccines. They gave her a shot of Benadryl and kept her to monitor her for a few hours which I’m sure she loved hanging out with all the fun vets and vet techs! I even got a call 2 hours into them monitoring her to let me know how she was doing! Staff was super kind and knowledgeable and was sympathetic to the fact that we were worried about our baby! Happy to say she is back home resting and is doing much better! Huge thank you to Dr. Nicol and the rest of the amazing staff at WRAH for helping our little Winry Mae 💕🐾

We recently boarded our lovebird at West Ridge Animal Hospital while we traveled out of town. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and his cage was well maintained. We were impressed with the professionalism, care, and attention he received. Their daily photo/text messages were an added bonus that we looked forward to receiving while we were away. Leigh and her team did a fantastic job and we were thankful that they provided excellent care for him. We will gladly bring him back in the future for boarding!

Everyone was amazing. Our dog was dealing with an ear infection and we came in as an urgent care visit. Very quick to be seen, and everyone was very informative on the entire process. The tech and the vet gave me tons of useful information about current treatment and how to prevent issues in the future. I am planning on switching over to West Ridge for all our vet needs

We had to go to West Ridge Animal Hospital twice, both under negative circumstances. Due to Covid restrictions I was not able to enter the facility but received great customer service and compassion from everyone I spoke to. I trusted that my dog was being taken care of and shown love and compassion when he was away from us.

Truly amazing. We went in as an ER emergency visit for some concerns with our elder rabbit. Informed us how bad he was and we decided the most fair decision was to euthanize. We were not expecting that so we were VERY upset and emotional. The staff was so amazing and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to help us through that. I highly recommend!’

Although, we ended up losing our beloved French Bulldog Gretel. Amber and everyone else treated our precious princess like their own. They treated Gretel like royalty and dignity until her last breath. Rest in peace Gretel, you will definitely be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting you.
