Best animal hospital in Greeley, Colorado (CO) 2024

I don’t usually leave reviews. We had a very sick pup, the amount of care, compassion and time they gave to our family was amazing. It truly was one of the hardest times of my life, I will never forget how much they touched my soul and walked through this trial with us. If you have any pet needs WRAH is the place to go! We have been taking our geriatric kitty here for 2 years now and they do great work for him. What really topped the cake though was how AWESOME they were with our brand new 6 week old puppy. We took her in to get a wellness exam done and get some of her vaccines. They advised us that if we had any concerns to call and ask. Well sure enough our puppy starts vomiting and has a little diarrhea. I called back and asked if we should bring her back in and they said yes and that she is probably having an allergic reaction to one of the vaccines. They gave her a shot of Benadryl and kept her to monitor her for a few hours which I’m sure she loved hanging out with all the fun vets and vet techs! I even got a call 2 hours into them monitoring her to let me know how she was doing! Staff was super kind and knowledgeable and was sympathetic to the fact that we were worried about our baby! Happy to say she is back home resting and is doing much better! Huge thank you to Dr. Nicol and the rest of the amazing staff at WRAH for helping our little Winry Mae 💕🐾 ~Allison

I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore. I used to love it here but things have majorly changed. My cat needed surgery, fine. I would do what it took to help him. My impression from major bills was, they would do payments. They have for my family before. That's why we've been coming here since 2014. When I went to pick my cat up, they expected full payment. I apologized that I didn't know they wanted full payment. The whole mood changed and I was getting belittled. They literally made me feel like a thief and some kind of awful person that was taking advantage of their clinic. I was put on a payment plan but after them making feel like I don't deserve it. ~Monique
