I would not give any stars for your shop on 82nd. I needed a fuse for my radiator fan for my Pt. Cruiser. I was told by your girl at the cash register this morning around 9:30. She ask me what do you want I started to tell her a fuse and got told we can't look it up for you the fuses are on aisle 1. I went to that aisle but I could not find what I need...50 amp fuse for a radiator fan thats not running. One of you employee was helping a very pretty young lady who came in after me. I was looking for the fuse but could not see it. I asked the older gentlemen helping the young girl. I ask him when he was done helping her would he help me. He said yes. 5 customers came in while I was still waiting. After waiting 5 mintues for help I left. I'm 67 yes old also and with a cane. I won't go to that store again.

I've been going to this location since highschool. The staff have always been professional and knowledgeable I would like to commend Quinten T. For being his great customer service skills and over all knowledge of cars. Best location in Oregon 💯

Mr Brett down at Oak Grove autozone, went above and beyond my expectations while providing me with A1 customer service and support installing and providing me with great info. When he helped me with installing my spark plugs for my personal vehicle give that man a raise!

A little bit more expensive but worth it. They credited my account after getting a part that quit working and exchanged it for another part. Most places do not do this. Yes, now I have an account there.

This was my first visit and I was impressed. Helpful staff, nice assortment of products at average prices. I found quality adjustable ice scrappers suitable for cars and tall trucks. And when I wanted two items and they only had one, they were able to get the second item by the next day. Incredible resource!

Came in a while back with problems with my battery. I had no tools, and was silently worried about being able to make it home. The manager offered to help me install the new battery, which was unexpected. Not sure if this is a regular practice or not but I greatly appreciated being able to drive home without fear of getting stuck at the grocery store on the way home.

Always willing to answer questions and help me find the correct parts. They do not belittle or talk down to me because of my gender. One cashier today I felt a need to tell his coworker you need to tell him it's okay to tell a customer your on lunch, he's never going to get lunch many of their workers are like this.
