This store is clean and easy to navigate. The sales associate, Joshua, did a fabulous job serving multiple customers at once. He entertained those of us in line while we waited and gave each person personal attention at the register.

The pharmacy service here has become so bad it’s almost surreal. First, I went in person to get a refill on my sons medication, and I just never heard back, so I went in and checked again, and the person didn’t know what I was talking about, and I had to start the process all over again. The next person told me to come back at 5 o’clock the next day, and I did, and the person there had no prescription filled and no idea what I was talking about. I just came from my fifth in-person visit to the pharmacy to have another prescription filled, after being told several times that it hadn’t been ordered and to come back on a certain day, only to come back on that day to have the whole scenario repeat itself. I was quoted two different totals, and again today, the pharmacist seemed to have no record if the other four times I’d been in trying to get the prescription filled. It’s bizarre, dangerous, and extremely unprofessional. Implement a better record keeping system, or something, this is not okay. For awhile I thought the other mess ups and hassles were due to COVID short staffing or something, if they could at least create a better system of communication within the pharmacy to offset the changes.

This pharmacy is consistently slow, shockingly slow. And warm courteous service is not what greets you. Twice this weekend I have gone there to get medicine for my daughter's extreme pain and nausea- the first took them about 5 hours, the second time they had 5 hrs to fill it but said she can't have it until tomorrow. They couldn't care less... Cold, rude, thoughtless... I'm finding a new pharmacy. Makes me so angry.

I wish I could give this negative stars. The pharmacy techs are really trying their best but it is a HOT MESS back there. Inefficient systems, little to no communication, faulty machines, not enough staff or help, zero professionalism. The way front end staff treat homeless/ mentally ill patrons is repulsive. Bathroom is disgusting, literal feces on the wall. Zero support for staff, they literally get berated by customers 24/7 in the pharmacy and then continue to be a slow cog in a never ending- delayed- catastrophe. There is zero consistency or help. Please, be kind to those you see working hard in here- they are trying their best amidst the sheer chaos that is the pharmacy. The lady pharmacist is the only one with a good head on her shoulders, as well as the pharmacy techs.

In all my years, over two states, I have never experienced such difficulties with filling prescriptions as I have had here at this pharmacy. After days of request, the latest prescription wasn't filled, nor was I notified. Why? "Its not due until....". Actually, it was. Then, "Come back later", was the old refrain. It was supposed to be open at eight, wasn't. Already a wait, since "staff had not yet fully arrived". Ho hum, and the beat goes on. Why wasn't I NOTIFIED that my prescription would not be filled? Don't know. ! But one thing you can count on , regularly, with this pharmacy, is that things go awry. Don't bother to complain, it does no good whatsoever. The latest chapter: my rx , REQUESTED DAYS AGO, wasn't ready. Come back later, they said. I did. It still wasn't ready , had to wait. The upshot: I FINALLY GAVE UP AND TRANSFERRED TO MY OLD PHARMACY!!! AFTER AN ENTIRE YEAR OF FRUSTRATION, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !

If you regularly rely on your medication, I implore you to choose a different pharmacy. Due to my insurance, I have been stuck with Rite Aid for the past year. Aside from them never answering the phone, they have “lost” my medication twice, been out of stock more than once (of a really common medication) and did not notify me until I was already out of the medication, and they regularly refill the wrong medication despite clear instructions from myself and my provider. Additionally, don’t be surprised if your medication isn’t ready for 72 hours past when it was expected.

I drive all the way across town to use this pharmacy because they treat me with kindness and professionalism, and they do their best to fill prescriptions quickly and to provide great customer service even when they are overwhelmed. Thank you to everyone behind the pharmacy counter. A shout out to Alan for always remembering my name and asking me how I am, and to Rebecca, who I was in touch with at least 5 times this morning as I tried to resolve an issue where my doctors’ office said multiple times they had sent in my prescription but in fact hadn’t - despite being busy Rebecca was kind and supportive each time. Yes, there was a time during Omicron when they were too short staffed to answer the phones and non-triaged prescriptions took longer than usual - that was frustrating, but it was a city-wide issue, and Rite Aid appears to be back to normal.

I try the app and call in other times to refill my child's prescriptions but they are never ready so I end up refilling again at the store. Then they say, "we will text you when it is ready" but I never get the text. I actually emailed RiteAid customer service.They contacted the store manager and he called me and left a voicemail with his contact number so I called but every time I called, I got busy signal and could not get through. I am not angry. I just want someone to tell me what the best way is to refill a prescription. That is all...

I’ve never had issues with this pharmacy but lately they are slacking with prescriptions. I get the refill request text for my medications and accept them, but never get a text that they’re ready. Days or even a week later when I come in to see if they’re ready, they claim that they aren’t yet and are “short staffed.” However, they refill them and I get a text saying they’re ready right after I leave. Do they forget or something? I don’t understand. I end up having to go days without taking my medication because of this issue. I’m tired of it.
