I don't quite understand the point of having a Walgreens in the area if they're going to close early all the time. Where is the management at? Super frustrating

There are a couple of Karen's that work in the pharmacy. Watch out for the skinny pharmacy tech with longer, light brown, curly hair with resting ß數h face. She will come snatch your prescription (covered by insurance, approved and prescribed by my doctor and 100% paid for with receipt) right out of your hand and tell you that you can't have it for 3 more days. Why? Idk, I guess she was having a bad day. Great customer service, 10/10 -would recommend << sarcasm, for those that can't tell. I will not return to this location if it was the last pharmacy on earth. 🙄

The bigger lady at the pharmacy at the drive thru window declined my covid test at 3:15 12/26 because i did a typo on my date of birth. 1 year off on my DOB, R u serious i can be really sick and u want to do that? I had a high fever all week btw. And you ask youself why the rates are going up. My kids go back to school so now we have to wait for another opening and at this rate it is almost impossible to get another test in 42hrs. I had already set this one up and took me 2 days just to get this opening. If this is walgreens per policy or if she made a choice of her own to declined me because of that error i believe she should be fired for that. Not happy at all

I've had some issues in the past but the way I was treated today made me make a review. I was trying to get my birth control refilled a few days early and the lady was so rude. She yelled at me in front of my daughter and called me a fraud. I was humiliated and this was completely uncalled for. Literally will never give me money to walgreens again in my life. I'll go out of my way to go to another pharmacy.

Never getting prescriptions here again. Waited 40 minutes in drive through only to move one car. Went inside the store and one check out person and one person working photo area. By pharmacy it appeared only tech and pharmacist were working. Long wait inside too. People told me they were there for several minutes and haven’t been helped. I know it’s hard to find help but those times are ridiculous. I will stop at CVS from now on or a local pharmacy.

This pharmacy is never open when they say they are. I’ve had them totally neglect to refill meds at all after I have requested a refill and waited for several days. Their drive thru is closed for no reason all the time. Their pharmacists and techs are some of the slowest I’ve ever seen. This place is terrible. Even if you live close by I would suggest filling your prescription elsewhere.

Pharmacy staff use to be great, lately They are going down hill. They fill prescriptions when they feel like it, which by state law is called with holding, they get rude when you call to ask About your orders.

Terrible! Majority of the employees in pharmacy are so rude. I was being extra nice just to see if I could crack a smile out of the young girl but no! I pick up a prescription every single month and it’s the same thing every single time. They sure look like they hate their job and they aren’t good at it anyways. Every single month I have an issue with my prescription, they can NEVER get it right.. and to top it off every time the price is different and I have to tell them it’s not right and they sit and stare at the computer for another 10 minutes, this pharmacy is a joke.. I would switch but now it’s just comical to see what they mess up with next!

This specific Walgreens is bad. I can’t seem to get them to answer the phone. Up to 30 minutes on hold, just to have them hang up. The pharmacy drive through can be insanely long. The pharmacy line inside is seemingly always bad. Assistants at the pharmacy are visibly stressed and sometimes short with people. Please hire more people at this specific Walgreens.

Hands down the most incompetent pharmacy staff with whom I have ever dealt. It is absolutely worth driving farther to go somewhere else!! Time to clean house and rehire people who know what they are doing. Terrible service!
