Great experience! Alister is THE BEST! We were looking for a new bike for my wife and ended up at Trek Bicycle Broomfield on a whim. We met Alister as soon as we walked in the door and he was very friendly and welcoming. We had A LOT of questions and he was so patient and helpful making sure we found just what we were looking for. I returned alone later that week to buy the bike and again Alister met me right at the door with a friendly hello and even remembered me from earlier in the week. He took the bike we picked out into the back room to clean it up and was totally cool when I later decided to add a bunch of accessories -- he must have wheeled the bike in and out of the back room 3 or 4 times as I kept adding more things -- he never seemed annoyed even though the store was very busy -- I think ultimately he just wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the purchase and got everything I needed, even if it took a bit longer. This is the kind of experience you want when you buy a bike! Thank you Alister!

Staff was super kind, helpful, and friendly. It was intimidating for me to go into a bike shop, not knowing much about bikes and worried that I'd be ripped off. The staff member helped me figure out what the best deal would be and calculated a few different options so I could compare costs. He also respected my must haves vs. nice to haves and didn't try to push unnecessary work on me. Then once I dropped my bike off for the fixes, it was done really quickly. Overall a great experience!

Good service. What sets any repair shop above others is their willingness to correct any issues with their service. This shop offered to re-do a brake bleed twice to get it done right. More recently they installed a new brake when mine broke and quickly addressed a couple small issues I had after I picked up the bike. It was a little awkward because the bike began switching between gears randomly, which never happened before, even though they only touched the brakes. I would appreciate if the customer is always given the benefit of the doubt in this type of situation, because it is frustrating when an unrelated issue arises immediately after getting service for something else. We have all experienced it before, of course sometimes it really is a coincidence. Luckily in my case the mechanic just had to do a quick adjustment of the tension on the chain to fix the issue, so there was no charge. They always offer to return your used or broken parts after repair service. I will be back for future tune-ups and repairs!

The people at this store are great! They were able to repair and tune up my granddaughter’s bike the same day and it was less $20! I will be sure to come back to them for any repairs or new bike needs!

Linda (Sales) was absolutely outstanding! She was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with! She followed up with us as committed and the bike was ready for delivery when we arrived. She was very patient to answer all of our questions (my wife had not ridden the bike yet) - and I would highly recommend Linda and Trek Bicycle of Broomfield to anyone! Vince (Service) was also outstanding - showing us how to clean and oil the chain - plus cutting the handlebars down shorter so they fit my wife (who is 5'2"). We went to three other bike stores (we are not picky or demanding) - but none of them had much product knowledge, or had limited inventory, and one was very rude, etc. Keep up the great work - 10/10 out of 10 across the board - outstanding customer experience!

I had a great experience at Trek Broomfield buying 2 new bikes for my son and I. The whole staff was great, they all wanted to help as soon as I walked in. Scott in particular stood out as someone who was focused on getting me the right bike, not just any bike. It may be a 25 minute drive from where I live in Denver but I have found my bike shop in Colorado.

I needed the tubeless tires on my road bike changed but didn't want to deal with that gooey mess. They were honest and told me they couldn't source the tires I wanted (GP5000 STR) in a timely manner but had no problem with me bringing them if I could find them, which I did in a random shop on the other side of the country. I brought my bike back for them to check everything fit, and got an appointment. They did a perfect job, including aligning the tire markings with the rim logo and valve. 100% OCD approved!

After a few hiccups with bikes, the store manager, Ian, made things right. I really appreciate their support. The value of a store is in how they handle the occasions that things don’t go perfect. They did a good job and my kids love their bikes!

I started out with a tune up that made my bike ride like new and it was done in only 2 days as promised. I had a flat a week later. Gary(?) and Al repaired the flat and fixed my speedometer on the spot without a charge. I want to give the whole crew a huge thumbs up for their knowledge, efficiency and extraordinary customer service. I have referred 3 other friends who have been equally impressed. Store manager Ian was very helpful and friendly getting me set up on my new bike. A great overall experience and a very knowledgeable staff. One of the employees even helped me put the bike in my car. I definitely recommend checking out this location.
