The food was great and delivered in a timely manner. They did forget my wings but immediately sent them right out. The manager was great and the girl who delivered everything was so sweet!!

This place gets a bad rap sometimes but they are tragically under staffed just like every service industry business these days. But I have to say that if you like "Pizza Hut" pizza this place does a fine job at providing that nostalgic taste that I fondly remember from the 1980's post Friday night high school football games in NW Ohio. Take out and delivery only. Understand when they say it will be about 45 minutes for a delivery they mean it and are usually within 10 minutes either side of that mark. But the pizza will be tongue blister hot because they que their orders properly. Hats off to the girls that run that ship. If they make it happen like you want let them know with a gracious tip. It will be noted by them and they will always take care of those customers that are good to deal with. Be kind.

This was the second time I ordered from pizza hut. First time was excellent. This time not so much. Pizza was luke warm at best. Wings were hot. I ordered 12 mild wings with bleu cheese dressing, paid for 12 medium and received 6. And then there's the convenience fee of $4.99. What's that?? Total bill was $42.98 plus $5.00 tip. I live maybe 1.9 miles. Mgr Samantha was very nice and apologetic and said I would get a credit for the wings. Not sure if that's for six or twelve.......

Every time I've ordered from here I've never been disappointed. The pizza was always delicious, but the boneless wings are my families favorite menu item we really enjoy the garlic parmesan flavor. The staff have always been helpful and polite.

They need to learn customer service. Placed a order on line for delivery my card was charged but they claim they never received my order. The manager had no interest in trying to fix it so Aurburn Pizza Hut just lost a customer for good. Will never order from this olace again. Poor management and poor customer service.

I have ordered Pizza a few different times here. It is always really hot and good. I have never had my order get messed up. In addition, the delivery drivers are always nice. Overall, I enjoy the food and service at this location.

The pizza had an overwhelming garlic taste and the sauce tasted burnt. My family ended up throwing that pizza away. We had 2 pizzas, the other one had Buffalo sauce and chicken. My older son and husband ate that pizza. I ended up going to the store to buy a frozen pizza for my younger son and I.

Deliver the pizza to the correct address would be a good start. But when delivery is made, HONOR THE CONTACTLESS DELIVERY POLICY!!! When the pizza finally did arrive here (nearly two hours after our order since they left the first delivery at someone else's house), despite my instructions for contactless delivery an unmasked person rang the doorbell and wanted to hand me the pizzas and tried to get me to sign receipts for charges which were supposed to have been reversed due to the delivery screw-ups. I instructed her - again - to set them down on the table by the door so that we could have contactless delivery. COVID PROTECTION FAIL.

This is a joke! I ordered a large one topping pizza online since I wanted to redeem my points and this is what they gave me. What is this, Chuck E Cheese? Since when is this acceptable??
