I am a local, and I visit this Orschelns location frequently and have been beyond pleased until yesterday. I love that they are pet friendly, I don't want that to change, but I want them to enforce a leash policy and make sure customers keep their dogs leashed. I train service dogs and I frequent this location with my dogs in training. I was in the store yesterday with an adult service dog and a future service puppy in a stroller. Within minutes of entering the store, an off leash dog came after my adult dog and the owner took several minutes to come and retrieve his dog off of mine. Not a single customer or employee came to assist even after I called for help several times. Completely unacceptable.
