The store is so huge so it allows for the best selections of any item you are looking for. It takes more time to shop at this Publix just because of it's size. Parking is ok but sometimes you can get stuck parking farther away from the front door because alot of people shop here . .

I wanted subs for myself and my staff Publix usually has great subs I tried to order online but it states I would have to wait over 2 hours at earliest for the sandwiches to be prepared so I went into the store instead. Elmer was helpful and trying his best while several other employees walked around behind the deli looking confused and aimless . Not one of them offered the poor guy a hand making 11 subs . There was a girl from work next to me waiting to order her lunch as well and one person in line behind us said hey is anyone going to help us or is Elmer the only one working . Finally a lady with an attitude said can I help whoever is next so the girl I was with said what she wanted and the lady got mad and slammed something on the counter and walked away . Elmer finished up my subs and he was great and did his best but the entire sun shop is a mess . As I was cashing out I realized they charged me for 2 half subs instead of a whole sub and when I told the manager she was annoyed and did very little to correct it and didn’t want to hear about the whole mess . Needless to say I am not going back there again Publix is usually good but not that one . Alyssa was the manager at check out / guest services and she did a poor job representing Publix . g on the counter and walked away

Staff and management friendly, was here to pick up a prescription for earache on family vaca....store super clean! Pricing expensive compared to Wal Mart...Wal Mart has cheaper better selection of meats! The subs are cheap and look better then subway ...can't wait to try one of these ...took blood pressure me and niece...(high blood pressure for us both)? So not sure how accurate it is lol... Overall....8.5/10

The deli at the 2 story publix has the worst customer service. Another gentleman and I waited over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. And once someone finally asked if they could help, they said they had no chicken or wedge fries available to cook. This seems to be the trend with deli departments at all Publix location.

The people were very helpful and I like the store a lot but the selection is very limited. I do wish that they carried more grooming products such as clippers and a grooming comb.

This Publix is a great place they go out of their way for their customers and never give you a hard time about returns or Western Unions as far as I know they've always been kind and courteous and definitely recommend stopping in.

Everyone that works at Publix is always friendly and helpful. The Rotisserie Chicken they make in house is flavorful, the meat is moist and just super delicious. The Deli Sandwiches are Amazing and you can order ahead of time and pick up. They have a good selection of flowers and the bakery has the best cookies and cakes. The produce is always really good as well. It's a little bit pricier than most stores but it hasn't stopped me from shopping there.
