the most horrible customer service at the pharmacy, the man who attends that pharmacy has the worst attitude, I couldn't even ask a question because he wouldn't let me talk. I had to take the medicine and go. they should give them training of customer service, there must be someone Who can do something. The attention is really bad and rude.

CVS is supposedly a pharmacy, but the store has one set of hours, and the pharmacy has a different set of hours. Also the pharmacy hours are not consistent from day to day. A better representation of CVS is that it's a candy store that occasionally has prescription drugs.

Brooke in the pharmacy has no customer service skills. You can tell right from hello she doesn't enjoy her job and you're about to be her next target. I don't leave bad reviews, but I came here to see if anyone has had the same experience as I have and low and behold the first review said it all. Shout out to everyone else who got the angry pharmacy tech ❤️

The pharmacist was very rude and hateful. I was trying to get a prescription filled and he told me that it didn't come in that day. When I called back the lady pharmacist laughed at me and said that since it didn't come in that day (Thursday) that it probably wouldn't be in until next week sometime and then had the nerve to laugh. I have a shattered heel and I needed that medicine. I will never be back

Pharmacy technician Young girl long hair with glasses unfortunately did not get her name was beyond Rude felt like I was bothering her even pulling up Into the drive through I said I don’t have a Co-Pay for a medication I was picking up and that definitely upset her a bit she hung up the phone walked away came back a few minutes later. I will definitely just switch to a different CVS !

Went for covid 19 testing, the staff in the drive thru pharmacy was not helpful or friendly. Offered no instruction on how to self perform test all she said was “have you done this before, no? watch the video.” Some genuine human interaction would be nice

I've had issues with their pharmacy a numerous amount of times. I give a whole day for a fill of a prescription and can't even get a call back saying it won't be ready. Horrendous customer service.

I've been going to this CVS for 13 years, and as far as pharmacies and convenience stores go, this CVS is a good one. The pharmacy staff have always been helpful and courteous. Just recently had a flu shot here because my company hasn't returned to work, and I've been to the MinuteClinic in the past. I buy my vitamins here -- typically, on sale. Love when it's buy one, get one, but sometimes, it's buy one, half price on the second. Still, saves a little.

CVS is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. On a scale of one to ten CVS is number one. Walgreen's is number one as being the worst. They have caused a lot of pharmacy problems for me. CVS tells you when it's going to be ready and that's exactly how it done. I usually Have 4 To 6 prescriptions and they can be really busy but my scripts are done within 30 to 60 minutes no matter what. They even know me by name now. They send me a text when they are ready. Just want to kudos to Sarah, Hector, At, Lam and the other sweet tech and I'm sorry I haven't got your name yet. Sarah I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong. But your all awesome and I want to thank you for helping me get the best price on my medications. Thank you for treating your customers so nice even when you want to pull your hair out.,😱😷😇😀
