Best cell phone store in Converse, Texas (TX) 2024

Very disappointed have been a customer for a couple of years they told me that there specials were for new customers only and that company policy says that all deals are for new customers looked at a new phone to upgrade mine new customer can have it for $70.00 I would have to pay $329.00 plus activation how is that even close to fair also the clerk was not very helpful and did not know about the phones he had to look it up on Google which i already did so when he did not tell me correctly i knew it. So the customer service is not good at all. Buyer beware ~Rebecca

Coming into the store today was the greatest decision of my day! Alexis greeted me with a smile, and after having a trying morning her smile made my day! Her customer service skills are outstanding and I'd recommend her for a promotion to manager of sales if she isnt already!
