Special kudos to Raquel J at AutoZone #6079. She helped me return a specialty tool which AutoZone allows to be borrowed for 30 days. We just paid for it at time of “borrowing” and brought it back within the window. If you cannot return it in time, you own it!! Super happy with this arrangement!! Thank you!! Raquel asked me if I washed my car myself. Well my sons do. She said she had a gift for me and brought out this large ArmourAll Car care bucket filled with car wash supplies. She said they received them from supplier who brought them to give to people who they chose. God bless the vendor, and you Raquel and AutoZone!! Greatly appreciated!! PS: AutoZone location is on Kitty Hawk Road, Converse Texas. We can easily get to this location from nearby connecting suburbs of City of Live Oak and also Universal City. Crossroads are O’Connor Road to it’s south and Toepperwein Road to its north. Thank you again.

I can't say enough good things about this store. All of their staff are amazingly helpful, in particular the manager Ray. He's a fellow vet and always has a smile on his face and willing to point you in the right direction. I come here several times a month and have never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend this store for any and all mechanics, especially military veterans.

If you look for something or have any question regarding a Product and the Quality of it, they are trying very hard to find a way to give you the best choices on any Product !!They are Not there to sell the most expensive one, but the best fitting for your needs!! So this afternoon I was running a few errands and was filling up my car with gas. I go to start it and I get a couple clicks. No warning nothing. So I call this auto zone across the street from me and let them know my situation. I am disabled and I have people just walking by me with my hood up. Not one offered to help me, despite seeing me with only part of my right arm. The workers at this Auto Zone were not just good, but they were absolutely GREAT. Noah was the gentleman that helped me over the phone, plus he asked his manager if he could bring a jump box so I could get my car to them and they could get me on my way. Noah, the manager, and the lady all were more than just great. They were all angels from above that went beyond their jobs to help me out. They made sure I had cold water while I waited inside also. I would highly highly recommend this certain location if you need anything to get you on your way. Noah, your manager, and the awesome lady, thank you thank you thank you. Y’all made sure to go above and beyond to help me out. 5 plus stars for your team. I will be back for sure. - Jon (sorry it says a different name)

We stopped in today to see if they could check our battery and alternator. Ray came out and checked both for us and said our battery was bad. Raquel looked up which battery we needed using our VIN number. I am so glad she did because she was able to guide us to the one we need specifically for our Yukon. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind people! Thank you Ray and Raquel! We will be back!

WOW!! after visiting 3 other stores we end up at this one a little frustated after wasting time and not finding what i needed so we called this one Right Away we notice the great customer service and the knowledge of Raul helping us and explaining us exactly what we were looking for. This gentleman went above n beyond the tipical customer service. We love his great attitude and knowledge!!! This guys really know what he is doing, I really hope his boss knows the gemstone that work for him while he is out he is the man taking care of business!!! This guys make us believe that there is still great humans out there.

Had to have my son's battery checked. The young lady that assisted was very polite and friendly. I would have liked to see her check the alternator but can't have everything if you don't ask.
