This place doesn't care about helping customers especially the big guy with tattoos, I don't recommend this auto zone. The one on kitty hawk they help you.

I visited to get a new brake light. I sent my son in and we asked them to install it. They said no because there were only two staff in the store. But they had no customers... the store was empty. Baffling and really terrible customer service. I then had to drive illegally with a brake light out because I had no tools. Risked a ticket because they couldn't be bothered. I am disabled and can't do it myself. This place was great in the past, but I guess things change. Must have gotten new staff. I always tip well when they do the work - last time was $5 for a two-minute light bulb change. Guess I'll just go to a different store from now on, even though this is the closest one to me. That's a shame.

We experienced a great customer service from these two gentlemen( Kyle W. & Santiago) at this store(1519) KLyle went above an beyond to help us out with our vehicle’s needs… he was super friendly and helped out as much as he could which for us was a lot !! Let me add that outsides temperature was 106 and he kindly invited our family to refresh inside. Parking is very spacious since we had a F250 super duty with 2car trailer !!! Very happy with they way we were taken care of ! God bless them 🙏🏼

They had my air filter. Clean shop and well organized. They jumped up to help me like I had gold falling from my pockets. Not much else to say but definitely nothing negative.

I have been here multiple times, and three workers didn't even bother search for what I asked for. Besides a old man who was the only one that looked for the item I asked for. This place is nothing like the ads say, the people barely help you, and they are not welcoming to not well english speakers.
