O stars location has been closed for the longest I don't know why Google shows open every time we go is closed. Someone needs to check this location, is always locked and no employees inside. ~Faith

The new pharmacist stole 2 pills 3 months ago, 4 pills last month, and when I asked to have my medicine counted in front of me the new pharmacist used his finger to brush one pill on the counter and then he brushed it on the floor 🤬 I yelled, pick-up my pill! Needless to say I got all 60 of my pills this month. My other pharmacist ordered my Rx specifically for me and I will not return to Recept Pharmacy again! 🤬🤬😡 Be wise and use a qualified pharmacist!!! ~Thomas

Today I bought flowers for my friend's birthday in Heb, this is a place I go often but today my impression is very bad about the lack of professionalism of the florist. I walked to the florist counter and waited for the staff there to help. I chose the bouquet I wanted but the flowers were already wilted in some places. I met a staff member at the flower counter, maybe she is pregnant. I asked her to help me because my bouquet had some wilted flowers. She plucked the flower with her hand and said that the flower arrived yesterday, very fresh and she was not happy. I just asked her and got a very unprofessional resolution. I'm writing this out because I hope you don't have the same situation as me. ~DANIEL

Athina is AMAZING!! Wanted to get new notes and Chinese New Year red envelopes and Athina went above and beyond to help. I was told by the bigger Chase on Bellaire that “Fed is not giving out any new notes this year” in Mandarin with a lot of arrogance. (As of Feb 2022) Not sure why I got the treatment. But so grateful I met Athina here and received the best service! ~Chelsey
