I’m writing this in for my grandmother who asked to give this review. The customer service in this store is very appreciated, her experience was overall great. She was helped by a young man but doesn’t really remember his name she thinks it was Sebastian. He bagged her things with care unlike sometimes they do and asked to help her to her car, he was very generous and helpful. He didn’t asked for anything like tip just said thank you and continued to going back. Will be coming back for sure.

Greatest of all the HEBs I've been to! Things I love about this location: Friendly staff/kind/helpful/accommodating. Wide variety of grocery selections. I always see people working here. Not once have I ever seen a lazy person just standing browsing through their phone. Fast at check out even during a big rush of customers. Update: This location also seems to have a wider variety of healthier options compared to other HEBs I've been to.

The store itself is great. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The biggest issue is the bathrooms. The women’s restroom was so disgusting. There was only paper in one stall, most stalls had toilets full of pee and balled up toilet paper, no soap in the dispensers, and no paper towels.

Today I bought flowers for my friend's birthday in Heb, this is a place I go often but today my impression is very bad about the lack of professionalism of the florist. I walked to the florist counter and waited for the staff there to help. I chose the bouquet I wanted but the flowers were already wilted in some places. I met a staff member at the flower counter, maybe she is pregnant. I asked her to help me because my bouquet had some wilted flowers. She plucked the flower with her hand and said that the flower arrived yesterday, very fresh and she was not happy. I just asked her and got a very unprofessional resolution. I'm writing this out because I hope you don't have the same situation as me.

Unlike some other HEB locations, this one stocks Vito and Nick's frozen pizza. I think it's the best frozen pizza I've ever had. Seeiiusly. No need to rearrange the toppings either; everything is perfectly in place and it's nice and saucy. Excellent pizza pie, please keep stocking this because it blows everything else away! And please get rid of the perpetually vacant The Roastery, and install H-E-B True Texas BBQ at this store location. Make the floor space worth something. Thank you!
