Today I bought flowers for my friend's birthday in Heb, this is a place I go often but today my impression is very bad about the lack of professionalism of the florist. I walked to the florist counter and waited for the staff there to help. I chose the bouquet I wanted but the flowers were already wilted in some places. I met a staff member at the flower counter, maybe she is pregnant. I asked her to help me because my bouquet had some wilted flowers. She plucked the flower with her hand and said that the flower arrived yesterday, very fresh and she was not happy. I just asked her and got a very unprofessional resolution.
