Athina is AMAZING!! Wanted to get new notes and Chinese New Year red envelopes and Athina went above and beyond to help. I was told by the bigger Chase on Bellaire that “Fed is not giving out any new notes this year” in Mandarin with a lot of arrogance. (As of Feb 2022) Not sure why I got the treatment. But so grateful I met Athina here and received the best service!

They close my business account and I have money in there I been waiting 2 month I didn't get my money back try to call no body answer the phone try to make appointment online can't for walk in no assistant available. So when open the account they need money on time but when we need money back I have to wait for long time and no one can't help me too.

Staff are nice, but holy hell this location (drive thru specifically) is SLOW SLOW SLOW. Be prepared to wait a long time! I was the only person in the drive thru & waited 20 minutes to make 4 deposits and change.

I got a nice greeting at the entrance from an employee and they had a guard. The atm worked but I like the atms in the inner entrance so I don't have to walk in all the way. And I seen a vixen walk out with leather pants with a belly top, she was 🔥🔥

This chase has to be the worse place to use atm! Half of time they're broken. Sometimes it'll have the green light indicating the atm is working but you pull up to find it turned off. Almost everytime I come here there's always one broken. You would think in this area you wouldn't run into these problems so often. I only work in this area. But this is really bad customer service!

People here are super friendly and get stuff done... but Jesus, what banking are people doing in the drive thru that requires over an hour for 4 cars?! All I have is a company deposit. Any other branch... 15-20 minutes. Here? I might as well grab lunch to sit in line.

Poor customer service this morning. I waiting outside this location as I was a few minutes early for their 9:30am opening. When the doors were opened the only other customer that was also waiting was in front of me. While this customer was was asking the employee questions about opening a new account I proceeded to walk by to head to the teller. As I stepped by, that employee put his hands towards my chest and asked me what I was doing there. I said that I am going to go see the teller. Again, the employee asked what I wanted to do at the bank. I stated that I wanted to make a deposit. The employee would not let me pass and asked me for further details. I told him that it was none of his business what I was going to do at the teller counter. The employee would still not let me pass (the local Chase branches have had a lot of theft lately and I am not going to tell this employee all the details of my bank transactions while standing at the front door with all the other people listening). I told the employee that I have had multiple mortgages with Chase bank and that I currently have several credit cards and five different accounts with Chase bank including business accounts. I told him that I shouldn't be grilled over my personal business with MY money and that it has nothing to do with him. I left without ever being able to see the teller.
