This transaction was done almost entirely online and by telephone with Liane Mann. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle, sight unseen. It was easily the most enjoyable, less troublesome car buying experience I have ever had. Even dealing with the finance department (which can often be highly pressurized) was a truly enjoyable experience. 1st off, I understand inventory is low right now. This review has nothing to do with that. I communicated with a sales person multiple times throughout the day to let them know when I was coming and let them know if that time changed. When I got there, that sales person was not only not available but when a manager finally came to speak with me they said that sales person was at lunch. The time was 4:45pm so it is surprising that a sales person would be at lunch knowing they had an appointment coming. I also did not receive a call to verify I was still coming or a response to my text saying I was running about 15 minutes behind. The next sales person did help, but they did not give any compelling reasons to purchase from Cowboy Toyota over any other Toyota dealership. The only communication I have received from them over the last two weeks is from their "automated bot" system instead of an actual email or call from the sales person or management team. You would think low inventory would cause them to work harder for my business and buy an incoming vehicle instead of doing the opposite which felt like an apathetic interest in earning my business.
