Have gone into this store 2 times for help on my sisters phone. The first time the salesman was so pushy we walked out. Because the phone was not working we went back and the service was just as bad. We thought we needed a new phone because her phone wasn't charging. The phone we wanted wasn't in the store so they sent us to another store which was the wrong store. They didn't have it nor did the salesman at Navajo call the store he said he called. The people were just down right RUDE. We won't be going back

I walked in just to replace my screen protector and the two employees that worked there didn't greet me or put me in the waiting list. Just stood there like for 10 mins then about to walk out they trying to say something. Terrible service

The manager was very rude and would not communicate with me. He just stood abd stared straight a head. Very frustrating. This location is not helpful. I went to another location and the manager and employees were very helpful. The manager greeted us and made us feel welcomed. This store on Navajo does not show customers respect.

I came in with several problems with T-Mobile and Sprint account. Prior to this visit I met with other stores at other locations in regards to these issues and they went unsolved. Jared and Joachim collectively help me solve each issue. I am a pretty hard person to deal with but they work through it met me where I was at and directed me to solve each issue. From Apple ID problems, storage space, RAM issues , Screen protector to assisting me with obtaining Drive sync, I was helped and informed along the way with each problem. Thank you so much

I am a Sprint customer who is forced by Sprint to use T-Mobile because there are no more Sprint stores. The workers at T-Mobile are real pain in the neck to work with. They treat Sprint customers like they are second class citizens. The T-Mobile workers look down upon Sprint customers as if we're something under their shoes. it's a shame there are no more Sprint stores. Right now Sprint corporate is trying to get me a replacement phone for a bad phone which I have just gotten which doesn't work the Galaxy a11 has many problems with it including shutting down Network so you can't make calls or texts out. They send me to a T-Mobile store to pick up a phone telling me it's not going to cost me a penny yet the T-Mobile store employees want to collect almost $100 for the phone which Sprint wants me to pick up it's not supposed to cost me a penny. Like I said I have no respect or liking for T-Mobile at all the way that they treat us Sprint customers. The worst merchant that ever happened as far as I'm concerned is when T-Mobile merged with Sprint. T-Mobile thinks it's the king but it's not as far as I'm concerned Sprint as it's own company was a lot better before it merged. Back before the merger I wanted nothing to do with T-Mobile and now I'm being forced to deal with them. So no I'm not happy at all with T-Mobile they've made my experience every time I've walked in one of their stores very hard to handle even though I've walked in with an open mind and the hope that they would help they've been nothing but a hindrance through this whole process. Leaving a 70 plus year old lady who has major medical problems without a phone for days on end because they refuse to do what Sprint has agreed to do without charging us for it. Yes I am very unhappy with T-Mobile at this time!

The two people working were incredibly unhelpful. They just gave me a pamphlet to file a warranty instead of helping me do it. Went home, followed the instructions on the pamphlet, shocker the website told me to go to my nearest t mobile store. Avoid this store if you actually need help.

Its been twice now that i have visited this T-Mobile location and they have refused to actually help me. The 1st time I left this location and immediately when to the Parkway Plaza location and they were able to help me, Within 15 Minutes i was happily on my way home. Second time was just recently when i attempted to get a new phone. The phone was not in stock. I asked if another store had it. She looked at the screen briefly and told me "no". I left and called another location nearby and they indeed had the phone in stock..so i went there...and got the phone. T-Mobile is great i've never had an issue with the service. ONLY this location i advise anyone that read this to go elsewhere you will mostly likely be helped and treated like a valued customer.

I don't have an issue with T-Mobile itself, just this location. At other locations they are extremely helpful. I went into this location to return a phone with the case and the girl working there was incredibly rude. She said I couldn't return my phone case with the phone because I had no receipt and they have no record of the purchase. Thing is, I never got a receipt for my phone. After talking to a different location, it turns out that they do have a record of it and she was lying. She seemed to think it was funny, by the way she snickered at her coworker when I got up to leave. Very unprofessional and immature.

I usually don’t come to the store but I really needed a diagnostic on my iPhone. Claire went above and beyond helping me and showing me every avenue available to me. She was kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable of the new phones. Thanks again Claire!
