Awesome service every time I go. Got me in for annual service appointment quickly, and at a time that worked for my schedule. Staff was friendly while I was there and work was completed in an appropriate amount of time. (great waiting area also!) All the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would reccomend Lee for buying or getting a car serviced.

I leased a RAM 3 years ago, this week I bought out my expiring lease and Lee gave me the most attractive price I could imagine. This biz is all about customer service, fairness and honesty. IMHO they, without a doubt, provide the best sales and service in this area and Mike's stories passed the time interestingly doing the process. Not Honda but Dodge.

I would never suggest this place of buisness due to the simple fact of lack of communication in the building with their sales managers and sales associates. Simple laziness as they sit up front on their computer and just purely rude on the phone. After being told three separate occasions that I was approved for a vehicle, yet I could never give them the money. Anyway! I went to an awesome dealership called Charlie's auto mall in Augusta where I bought a car in 1 day less than 5 hours. If your looking for an actual good team go there instead of this junk corporate buisness! Do not go to Lee!

I took my son’s Honda civic ‘18 for the 30000 full maintenance check, but I end up bring it back to them because of some problem with the spark plug. They try to ripped me off by trying to make me pay $350 something for spark but I complain and ask them to lower the amount and they did to $250. I wouldn’t recommend their service because they will try to take advantage of you if you’d let them. So with my overall experience- I’m not happy.

Called and scheduled service for a Tuesday evening since I work a 9-5 job. I was told the Service Department was open until 7:00pm on Tuesdays as it is also posted online. The lady I spoke to on the phone set me up for an appointment on Tuesday evening at 6pm. I show up at 5:50pm on Tuesday evening only to find out they close at 5pm and never had my appointment in the books. I will not be bringing my vehicle for service there anymore. I will go elsewhere due to the poor customer service.

Absolutely, easiest car leasing experience we could have, and we walked in without an appointment! Geno Veilleux was a pro, worked with us on what we needed, and we were driving home in the new car before we knew it!

Never again. When I found out how much spark plugs where going to cost me the service advisor Eric said not to because I should only use OEM parts. I know for a fact that you can get OEM plugs from a parts store.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic Ex at Lee Honda in Auburn, Maine. I am writing this to share what a great experience I had working with Jim Fournier. I had not been looking forward to "car shopping", however that feeling quickly changed once I began working with Jim. I did not feel any pressure throughout the entire experience. He asked questions to find my needs, he offered answers to questions I had not even thought of and took his time to explain many of the different options available. He was very easy to talk to and build a positive rapport with throughout the entire process. The whole time I was there I felt very relaxed and comfortable and I am completely satisfied with my experience at Lee Honda. This was also true when meeting with the business manager. He also took his time and explained everything and went over different options I had in that part of the sale as well. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely easy to talk with, made the experience a great one and provided answers to my questions. After the sale Jim even came out to explain some of the features in the car to be sure I knew how they worked and what they did. Several times through this he said when I have any questions to be sure to come back to see him or give him a call. This really made me feel comfortable as I knew that I was still important even after the sale was completed. I would definitely recommend Lee Honda to friends and family and in the future I will come back to Lee Honda when looking for a new vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim to trade in my used vehicle and purchase my new Honda. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time making sure that I felt comfortable with all the details. I've never had a car salesman go through the car with me before I pulled off the lot. Given how busy life is I really appreciated that as I would have taken much longer learning on my own. Jim and the manager Tom were excellent in working to give me the financial circumstances I needed. Very friendly staff and a very positive experience. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!

As someone who is young and knows nothing about cars, this was a very good experience. I was looking around at multiple dealerships to test drive cars to get an idea of what i wanted for when i was ready to buy. I went to Lee Honda in auburn where i got to test drive their 2021 Honda Civic ex sedan. I met their salesman Geno who was extremely enthusiastic about the Honda Civic and honestly that experience and the test drive alone was what sold me on it. Also, he wasn’t pushy at all and was more than happy to give me the time to think about my decision, which for me was very much appreciated. Geno ended up being out for the remainder of my buying experience but i did run into another salesperson named Sarah who worked here as well. I was able to talk to her about how i did in fact love the sedan, but i wanted the 2021 Honda Civic ex hatchback (which they did not have on their lot). After telling her exactly what i wanted, she was able to pull some strings and get me the exact car i wanted from a different lot. When going in to pick up my car and sign the papers, it was a very easy experience and i was in and out in no time. If you go to Lee Honda in auburn, i HIGHLY recommend working with Sarah and/or Geno to get the best experience that will make your time there worth it.
