I went in for a severely flattened tire. KPS Princeton Garage not only found the rather specialized tire, mounted it with balancing, etc. and road tested, they also alerted me to another problem. They suggested that I should go to my dealer with this problem, since it was likely to be covered under warranty. I did, and it was! So they saved me a lot of money by not doing the work themselves. Many thanks! This year I had another flat tire (Chevrolet does not provide or even sell a spare for the Volt). KPS Princeton Garage not only fixed the tire, but told me that the dealer's advice that I needed new tires was greatly premature. More money saved. And now (July 30) I blew another tire, by hitting a grass-overgrown curb. Once again KPS Princeton Garage obtained the necessary tire, mounted it with balancing etc. - and picked me up in the car to complete the transaction. All went smoothly and professionally. I've been using KPS Princeton garage for years, and have always been very happy with them. Service: Oil change

Pleasantly surprised!! The current labor shortage has been extremely challenging for many small businesses. There was a miscommunication with my customer experience at KPS; however, the team was able to quickly rectify and extend their most genuine apologies. I was looking for a great mechanic that has experience working on Volvos. I normally bring my car to the Volvo dealer and let them service the car, however I was looking got better service at an affordable price. KPS was recommended and they did not disappoint. Excellent garage and top notch technicians/mechanics. I went in for new tires and a 2.5 " Teraflex Suspension Lift. I was able to talk it all out with Bob over email and he was very responsive. Bob came up with a plan and timing around the install. Bob was accommodating and knowledgeable in sharing some suggestions too in terms of parts. The shop is very clean and well managed and the costumer service on point. I will be returning soon to add an front end adjustable track bar to add on and further improve the suspension of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler JKU...

I strongly recommend that you take your car for service @ KPS. I rolled a 1948 Willy's Jeepster - that's right, a 70 year old car - into the garage with serious engine problems. Not only were the folks at KPS able to diagnose the intake/exhaust manifold issue, they were patient with me for several days while I found various replacement parts and instantaneous with the repair once the right parts arrived. Steve, our mechanic, also went the extra mile tweaking several other components to make the car run smoother and faster. I'm guessing our Jeepster hasn't run this well for 25 years.
