It was a good visit. They can use some help with the trash,from boxes 📦 to paper and cart return. Well stocked and some Great prices on the right ✅️ items 👏 👍.

My first time jointing a nightmare at member services. Cashier made a huge mistake and after checking the bill had to come back in and now waiting here with one cashier with a long line 8 people. Wish I can leave 0 for this place.

After being helped at the Fort Lauderdale club by the General Manager Curtis who called this store's Manager directly, we drove 30 miles to this club to pick up a Pergola, the last in the district we were told. It was supposed to be pulled off the floor and carted and we were told to go to customer service when we arrived. They had no idea, and it was still on the floor for anyone to purchase. When we got to the register, it rang up at $250 more than the price at the Fort Lauderdale location. We showed them the tag from the store, they then got the tag from their store and it was also a different price than what it was ringing up. The floor manager said they had to verify the item numbers. They verified it, and then the floor manager said the General Manager Brian would have to correct the price. He came out and refused, said the stores mark their own prices and " TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT". In front of several other customers in line with us who were in disbelief. I literally tossed my card in outrage and my wife sent me back to retrieve it. On the way out the door, the customers in line were all saying we should call corporate right there that that was ridiculous and rude. We tried from the parking lot, but they were closed. Will try Monday. After calming down, I'm trying to keep in mind that I've been a member for over 13 years and have always had good experiences with this chain. I will however avoid this store completely in the future.

Purchase an above ground pool that was delayed 3 weeks. Finally received my pool, paid to be installed, and leaked from multiple areas with the first fill up! I have been calling 3 different times getting 3 different answers about why CEVA hasn’t picked up the defective pool. I feel like BJs is not being truthful!

Restrooms are not clean at all Went into the store with my mom and I had to use the restroom and I saw roaches BJs y'all need to do better

I am not a BJ's member Nor would I ever become one after Dealing with them this week...They Do Not answer the phone at the customer service department.. And then when you go to the store to look for an item that the online claims they have in-stock It's nowhere to be found and neither is Anyone to help find it.. Was told it was coming on the truck..Have been there 2 times this week and was told both times " Sorry we don't have Time to look for it" The Item is only sold in a few stores and BJ's is the only in my area.. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... 😢

I visited this Bj's three weeks ago. I was on the hunt for an item that seemed to have almost completely disappeared. I looked on the website and it stated said item was in stock yay but at Bj's Boynton Beach. Oh wow!!! Living in Fort Lauderdale, I was not sure that I would be able to attain item, but I was determined!!! I had to have it! I made a phone call and spoke to Jenna. Extremely helpful and courteous!!! She honestly is the reason that I decided to take the long drive up here! Seriously, she is awesome times 1,000!!! :D Once there I found the items! I then shopped around and found other cool items not stocked in stores nearer to my home. After going to the register, I spoke with Melody (I hope that's her name) and had a pleasant conversation with her. I loved that I had such a positive experience here! According to my GPS, it would be 59 minutes for me to get here from my Fort Lauderdale home. Yes, it was a long ride, but I got exactly what I wanted, and as many as I needed and wanted. Excellent staff and one of my best retail experiences! Thank you, BJ's Boynton Beach!!!

Clean, good store, but line to the cashier is horrible, you have to wait 20-30 minutes. If you need assistance it will be 10 mere minutes.

I was not a fan of how this store was set up and how it was ran. The lines are the longest I have seen because they dictate which register you can go to without and signs or notice. I’m just glad this isn’t my full time store and I was just in town. Not to mention, they check your car as you’re walking in the door which I find odd because if you wanted to shop the other stores without a membership you’re just going to pay more.
