Check your orders! I ordered a breaded spicy chicken Cobb salad and they gave me a regular chicken Cobb salad. I usually check my bags but I trust in them so much! I’m so disappointed. But overall they usually do great! & they forgot my side of pickles

This was an excellent visit. The people as always were very attentive & friendly. The food was wonderful as always. Even got to eavesdrop on a manager meeting and seeing how much they all lift each other up & do everything to make each other a better team member was truly incredible. Can't wait until my next visit.

You cannot top their efficiency for drive thru service. We order using the app. My time in line is always less than 5 minutes. Quality of the food is excellent.

It's Chick-fil-A, what is there not to love about it. They are consistent and delicious. I stopped to try the new location in Sunnyvale and was pleased by the prompt customer service, cleanliness, and kindness beaming from the staff. The parking area is spacious and the drive thru has 2 lanes to get you in and out quickly. It was very welcoming. I will definitely patron them again.

NEW LOCATION! GO! GET IN & OUT FAST! Oh boy, BOTH the City of Mesquite and Sunnyvale were awaiting this little gem to arrive, and wow - NO regrets! True to the Chick-fil-A standard, the ordering process is flawless, and the kids are all bright, smiling and courteous. On one of my many visits, today I landed upon the tasty crispy chicken salad. First time, and I am hooked! You just can't beat this chain, the family values, rapid and always improved scheduling, etc. If you're in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area, please stop by and give them you're business!

Honestly it's a 3.5 star for me. The staff seems great, but the order was incorrect. I placed a mobile order so that everything is listed correctly. I always get the market salad with avocado dressing and a small fry. The fries were good, but my dressing was missing, and the two bags of toppings that come with the salad (nuts and granola) were open and empty. There was nothing spilled in the bag, so they legitimately placed in empty bags? And no, the toppings were not on my salad. I fortunately took this home so could add some type of dressing. If it was eating out or going back to work it would have been a dry salad.

Terrible mobile order experience, placed order, clicked I was there walked in food wasn't in the mobile order area... no one asked me what I was waiting for or if I was helped. Atleast 3 people got food before me and ordered at the cashier. Finally got someone's attention and my food was just sitting behind the cashier, and it was the same bag that was there since I arrived. So shows how much attention is being paid. I ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches.. smh

Had a Ubereats delivery. Missing half my fries and the right sauces. I never get a correct order from here and it IS NOT the uber eats driver’s fault bc this happens when i pick up my order. Might as well go to rockwall if you want a a right order and good customer service

After waiting in line they wanted us to pull out of parking lot and pull to driveway next to them.After asking the girl make sure all our food would be hot and was told it would be.The fries was room temperature .Went home order a Cobb salad and noticed they gave me a southwestern.I have never seen one this bad.They covered the whole salad with spreaded chicken.The chicken was ice cold.I would be afraid to get food poison from it.Called and felt like I was rushed off phone.I told her I took picture of it and was told show them the picture.Thats a first.But im taking the entire salad back to them.Was just nasty.Guess this location not for me.

I've been to a lot of Chickfila's. First time at this location. Seems like it was recently built. Great customer service and very clean bathrooms. Food was great and as ordered. Thanks for keeping the lobby open!
