Very upset 😡 they hurt my little puppy. The first thing we asked not to cut short between his eyes and the very first thing they did. And to make things worse they burned him with clippers. Will never take him back to this place and there is no excuse for what they did to him. Please thing twice on taking your little dogs here.

We have boarded our dog multi times here and just recently boarded another family dog here. The staff is amazing! The facility is great, very welcoming and warm. Cameron and his staff are very attentive. I can be a helicopter mom when it comes to our dog but honestly I know I don’t need to worry when she’s here. Thank you guys for taking care of my fur baby as if she was your own! I would recommend this place (and I do to clients and friends) to pet parents. PS my dad said he appreciated how clean the parking lot is.

I've been taking my dogs to Pawtham City for close to 2 years now. We use their boarding services and their doggy daycare services. The staff is super friendly and you can tell that they love dogs and really care about them. The pricing is fair and not overly expensive. If you're looking for a place to board your dogs, stop looking. You've found it!

I LOVE 💘💗♥ this place. I have taken my babies here for years. Kathy has always done a great job. When the new owners took over, I didn't know what to expect. There are no words to describe how awesome they are. When my Sweetie died, Ms Kathy cried with me and the new owners showed so much compassion. I now take my Mandy and I know she is a handful. Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of my babies. You can't find a better place. Love you guys

This place is absolutely amazing! I was afraid Of leaving my fur baby for 5 days because it’s been a while since we’ve been out of town (due to the pandemic of course) and I felt so uneasy about it. In the past, we’ve left him in other boarding places where they keep them in a kennel and this place is the complete opposite hence my decision to go with them. I called in daily to check on him and he was doing so well and LOVED the place. They updated me with pictures and made me feel so comfortable about leaving him there which allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my trip. They are so sweet, kind, and took care of our fur baby as if it was there on and I can’t thank them enough! I am so very glad I found this place! ❤️❤️

This is our second time using this kennel. The first time they earned our trust by sending us pictures of our dog and how well she was taken care of while we were away. Today was a special situation. Our daughter is at the heart hospital so we needed a place to take our dog in a hurry. The owner was so nice she met us after hours just to take care of one of our babies so we could be with our other one. Now that is a special person! We are so grateful. She deserves everybody's service!

Very nice staff and good prices however the lack of mediation during dog day care was far too concerning for me. My dog is a softy and is non responsive to a fault. I took my dog there 3 times and each time he came back more scratched up than the time before. He has short hair but when he was whimpering just trying to move after daycare, I pulled the plug. The deep scratches lasted for weeks and he now acts scared of other dogs. I debated writing this review for the last month but if you care for your dog like I do mine, just beware. It's heartbreaking to see him in pain after doing something that is supposed to be healthy for him.

I am the crazy dog lady and decided to take my dogs here for their first time being in boarding. I was really skeptical because I have a husky and they are pains alone, and my other dog is really timid and scared of men. However they both did fantastic (or at least they didn't tell me they were bad). My goobers are really high energy and if they get bored they get destructive so I sent them with toys that I was ok being demolished and I assumed their beds would be goners; however everything is still in one piece. Since everything survived that means they were well exercised during the day and too tired to destroy everything! When I picked them up Koda didn't even bother running at me he went to where the food is and Layla was loving on everyone there, which is a huge deal because she normally takes forever to warm up to people. They have an awesome instagram that I was able to keep an eye on and see pictures of them, they kept me updated, and it was an overall fantastic experience. I am going to start taking them up there for daycare and they will be back in boarding in a few weeks. If you are an overbearing dog mom and want somewhere awesome to take your pups I highly recommend this place! Now if they could just get a cat room I would shove all of my pets on them while I'm gone! (:

Parker loves coming here for daycare or grooming. He's already spoiled but the folks at Pawtham City spoil him even more and that's ok!
