We recently used Elite Suites Pet Resort-Heath after touring the facility with Cassie, the assistant manager. We had brought our dog's brother back to live with us just four days earlier as his momma's (our daughter) career became more demanding and she couldn't give him all of the attention that he deserved at this time. The dogs had lived together when we first adopted them eight years ago, and they had visited each other, but not lived with each other in over five years. We decided to go ahead and have them share a room together which was awesome, as we checked in on them with the camera system. The staff noticed that there some tension between the dogs a couple days in to the stay so they called and we decided that perhaps they would be better off in separate kennels, at least for this stay. Elite Suites staff kept us updated and called/texted pictures as we requested. Cassie specifically was super attentive to our dogs needs and even went the extra mile to ensure that they were adjusting to not only their new living situation, but the new boarding venue as well. We are so pleased that we booked a future stay upon picking them up. All of the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly! Elite Suites was amazing with my highly anxious husky. She has severe separation anxiety, we haven’t vacationed in over 2 years because we were too nervous to leave her in any boarding facilities with her anxiety. She has injured herself before due to her anxiety, but they were so amazing with her! I was watching her on the webcam in the morning and even times, she was relaxed and happy with her surroundings. They gave us updates and really took care of my sweet girl, it’s such a relief knowing we have a place that she can go and be safe and taken care of so wonderfully.

I found this place in a Google search. It has more consistently good reviews than other places. My dog stayed there for several days while we were in Colorado. They took really good care of her and even gave her a bath and lots of cuddle time. I could not have been more pleased.

The facilities are very nice. We were expecting to get information and pics during our pets stay. Such as getting updates that he played w some pics and whether he had any issues. Our daughters location in Lubbock keeps the owners up to date on the pet w some Pics of the stay. She always gets a report out when she picks up her pet. It’s those little details that matter. But we do like the facilities very much. ;)

Everything was just as they said. No surprises. I especially appreciate the care they went to, to keep my “very unruly” dogs separate from the others. We will definitely be going back.

Elite Pet Resort in Heath is awesome !!! Both my dogs love going to doggie day care soon as I pulled up in parking lot they are so excited jumping around & when we go inside they are so happy to see everyone . The staff is wonderful & everyone I’ve meet is so friendly & caring . The boarding rooms are great . I just boarded both mine & it’s truly like a suite they are huge & nice & they also have a webcam that I could check on them at anytime . I totally loved that . Love this place so much & I can’t say enough about them . Thank you for everything you do for Gigi & Roxy .

This is our first time bringing our pups (3) to Elite Suites. The staff was amazing from start to finish! We we're received well by the front desk and when Katie came to take our pups back she took the time for them to warm up to her. Rachel, the groomer, worked wonders with our Berna-Doodle! When picking up our fur babies Starla, the GM, came out to greet us and tell us how much they all loved our pups. Can't recommend Elite enough! (Heath location)

I am giving this place a 2 star review! It was my first time having my dogs boarded here and the first time I got there I got to meet the front desk manager. She was so nice and the process to board was amazing! But after the vacation I went to I came to picky babies up and the check out was not very great. It was NOT the same ladies the first time I checked in but they were really short with me when I asked questions about possible daycare, they were really rude and I didn’t think that was cool since it started so well. When I finally got my dogs they told me no pictures or progress reports were made but in the beginning I was told I would have that ready for when I do pick up. Sounds like the manager is wonderful for front desk and who ever else was there on 10/30 when I dropped them off! But when I got my babies on 11/2 around 2:00PM it was horrible. 😔

Brittany is the best groomer that I have found in the Heath/ Rockwall area. I have a big Leonberger rescue mix who comes with a giant thick coat. Brittany makes her so beautiful every time and I know how much work Bella is to groom. We also only board both our fur babies at Elite when we travel.
