Girls upfront are the best and super friendly! Doctors are knowledgeable and as I like it straight to the point with no unnecessary fluff or sell ups. In and out at the appointment. The health of the animal or pet comes first and that is evident in their services. We appreciate them and advise others to go give them a try.

Caring, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, patient, what more could you want in a vet? Oh yea, and a terrific staff as well. I sure wish we had found them when we first arrived in Kerrville! They are stuck with us!

Everyone at Horgemeyer animal clinic was very helpful especially the veterinarian. She examined my cats ears and gave her an enama for an excessive large hair ball in her stomach. then they cleaned her up and she was happy and clean when she was picked up. I will be using Hoegmeyer animal clinic again. In fact I have already booked an appointment to take care of my cat for several days while move.

We were on vacation and forgot our dogs Cushings Disease medicine. Hoegemeyer Animal Clinic was the only place within 40 miles that had the medication. They coordinated with our Veterinarian back home and had us the medicine the same day. The Dr. even gave her a complimentary exam and nail trim!

They hire good to great veterinarians and assistants, but I still like the feel of a non-corporate veterinary practice. I think that they almost always have the most expensive price for services in our little town in Texas. When we lived in Austin, Texas, we used a quite large (small animal) veterinary chain. But they were actually very competitive in their pricing compared to private practices. And we liked their employees as well as we do our current veterinarians. And, at least their assistants treated us like they knew us and remembered our dog. I guess that personableness must be a big part of what I appreciate in either a doctor or a veterinarian.

Had to wait an hour after appointment time, husband was waiting outside, masks had to be worn inside, lotta fussing going on between us pet parents waiting. That's why 4 stars, but everyone was friendly and caring about pets and pet parents couldn't ask for more when it comes to caring.

Very efficient service to have my dog's nails trimmed. They really took care of my older two doggies a year ago until they passed away. I appreciate this veterinary clinic and great staff.

I am a travel nurse. The only thing that keeps me going in this strange, lonely choice of a profession are my 2 little dogs. So I always make provisions for them. I found this service with daycare in 2021. I left my valuable possessions with them. I trusted them, my dogs loved the staff. I left Kerrville and traveled in the deep South and returned after 6 months. I didn't hesitate to use their services again. My dogs LOVED going there. They were so happy. They blossomed as little dogs. The staff were so kind and attentive. I felt safe leaving my travel companions with them. During my 6 month stay my female was attacked by a rouge dog. She sustained a serious wound. The Vet and staff were so attentive and professional, they sutures her leg back together. What an amazing team, I am crying writing this because I shall miss them so much, but time for me to move on.

Appointment was handled quickly from Vets site. Front staff and vet assistance were very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about services required. Dr. Leonard was outstanding in her handling my K9, making him feel comfortable and easy as she checked him over. Shots and medical checks were good, no issues and K9 was very good the whole time.
