It was my first time in a Hobby Lobby and my first impression was how clean and organized it was. I was in the dried flower section and was a little overwhelmed with all of the beautiful choices they have and a young lady that works there came to my rescue !!! She asked if I was OK and I admitted I was in fact overwhelmed trying to figure out how to make a wedding boutique for myself. This wonderful young lady spent the next 45 min not only helping put together a beautiful boutique and and finding everything I needed for it but also coast efficient little center pieces!!! Absolutely the Best costumer service ever. The prices were amazing also. I'm excited now to try my hand at some crafting and making Hobby Lobby my "Go to" crafting store. ~pamela

Tried to purchase a refurbished iphone. Placed the order then it didnt ship after 3 days (5 including the weekend) I text chatted 3 times and had two phone calls with customer service before I was FINALLY told that they had run out of that phone and would have to wait for more inventory... When I placed the order there were 3 in stock. Doesnt bother me that they ran out, bothers me that it took 5 interaction for someone to say "Oh the issue is we are out of stock". They just expected me to wait on someone to turn in the exact phone that I ordered so they could then ship it out to me. Very poor communication. ~JJ

Called and was quoted one price and then when I got there and finished was a $40 difference. I feel that they are so busy and try to get as many customers in as possible they don't take the time to make sure customers are satisfied. Left looking like my nails already needed to be refilled two weeks ago. ~Virginia

They are always so welcoming and I swear they remember everything, I remember telling them about my fiancé and the next time I saw them the adorable nice lady said “how’s noah?” They are so nice. I’ve been going there to cash my check in since January and they ask me all the time if I wanted to open a bank account and I always said no untill one day I just gave in and it was the best decision I ever made. I have ordered from this Pappa John's four different times. And each time they have sent me food that looks like this. The knots for one come with a pizza sauce for dipping. As you can see no sauce. They are also burnt and dry. I asked for Chicago Cut, which is square cut, again as you can see those are slices. Now I understand the no contact delivery, but they didn't even make sure to deliver to my apartment. Instead left it at the main doors to go to the other apartments. And yes I left my apartment number. They offered to fix my order, however, I am truly tried of the mistakes. This is the only place that makes good thin crust pizza. If this continues i will be looking for a new place. I would like to recommend quality control, and inspection of all deliveries be done before leaving the store. This should help with loss of money and time for everyone involved. The management should be the ones to seal the boxes afterwards. ~Michael
