Best cell phone store in Kerrville, Texas (TX) 2024

Tried to purchase a refurbished iphone. Placed the order then it didnt ship after 3 days (5 including the weekend) I text chatted 3 times and had two phone calls with customer service before I was FINALLY told that they had run out of that phone and would have to wait for more inventory... When I placed the order there were 3 in stock. Doesnt bother me that they ran out, bothers me that it took 5 interaction for someone to say "Oh the issue is we are out of stock". They just expected me to wait on someone to turn in the exact phone that I ordered so they could then ship it out to me. Very poor communication. ~JJ

My wife and I came in for our phone upgrades and were met with the most pleasant retail experience! Our in store representative, Justin, was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to review and explain all of our options, costs and benefits. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. ~Justin
