Slaton was a great help today. Been in a messed up situation about a phone for a while and he came through. Hour and a half later got me a brand new phone I usually expect the worst but the upgrade and negotiating helped the process even more. Appreciate bud.

The minute I walked in the door of this Verizon store, there was a rep ready to help me with my phone problem! All reps are located in the back of the office; the floor is open. I walked right to the rep who had beckoned me as soon as I walked in. He figured out the problem with my phone apps almost immediately. It took him about 5 minutes! This, compared with a previous visit two weeks ago to another Verizon store, where it took a rep at least an hour to "hide" my phone app problem, telling me he couldn't actually fix it! WOW! 🤔

My wife and I came in for our phone upgrades and were met with the most pleasant retail experience! Our in store representative, Justin, was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to review and explain all of our options, costs and benefits. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Worst experience ever. Employees were nice enough but it was one problem after another. Spent about 3 hours on phone and in person fixing issues that I think they created. Got fixed but no fun what’s so ever.

Went into store with sister as she was having an issue with her phone. Mark fixed it in seconds. I didn't have any intention of getting a new phone but after asking to see the Samsung Z flip, well long story short, I walked out with it. Mark was simply the best. Cannot recommend highly enough. Outstanding!

I came in with an issue with a company phone that a pass code had been changed by a previous employee. A "manager" Saud he could fix it. He made it worse then told me to turn it in for a warranty exchange after he made the problem worse. When I asked him to fix it he said "It's your problem now." I said you broke my phone, he said you're trespassing you have to leave. I've had a great relationship with every employee of that store until now. I will never use Verizon again.

Is there a rating lower than 1 star? These people are crooked!!! They took my iPhone and used it to open new accounts without my permission. Now they’re forcing me to pay the bill for the phone. I’ve been working with Verizon and Cellular Sales and am basically being told to “get bent”. I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased half a dozen phones from them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Steffen Baumgart was absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with. He displayed extreme patience with me and my questions regarding not only the phone, but also about my updated bill. The Verizon store in Kerrville has a gem of an employee.
