The process of saying goodbye is never easy to a pet and they were compassionate, and made the process of getting in and out super easy and showed so much care. I found a pup & took it in to get a chip scan. The pup had been neglected & it's nails were so long, they had curled over. I had called before going to get the nails clipped w/the chip scan, but they had no available techs. Upon arrival, the receptionist saw the condition of the nails, took the pup to the back & found someone to clip the nails. They even gave him a flea treatment. I'm so appreciative of their big, caring hearts! In it for the right reason: compassionate care for furbabies. Thank you so much!

The staff is amazing. I have a little Chihuahua who is so afraid of everything. They clip her nails and make her happy 😁

I called to schedule a new patient appointment for a litter of 3 pups and ask pricing and the receptionist that answered the phone was quite rude. She must really hate her job. Didn’t get much further than the rudeness on the phone. I can’t imagine what it would be like in the office.

The receptionist is rude with no compassion! This is our regular vet for 5 years and my dogs have received good routine care, so I have ignored the rudeness of the receptionist. However, for the first time in 5 years my dog was very sick and I called to set an appointment. They couldn't work him in, which is understandable, it happens. However, I thought she may be able to give some insight whether I should wait for their next open appointment or seek earlier care based on his symptoms. She was absolutely rude and zero help with a bad attitude. She didn't care anything about my dog, their patient and paying customer for 5 years. I am strongly considering switching vets because this lack of concern from our vet office when our pet needed them most is unacceptable and sad!!! That receptionist needs an attitude adjustment and new career. She's not fit to serve people or animals!

Amazing, caring, and friendly staff! This team comes highly recommended. They went above and beyond to give our 3-year-old German Sheppard quality care for 2 days following a scary anaphylactic shock event that had everyone in tears. Many thanks for taking care of Mady.

I love this animal hospital! I cannot recommend them enough! Drs. Rhoads and Leska are great. The entire staff is awesome. They care for my furbaby like he is their own!
