The availability of an appointment was great considering my concerns but they weren't as caring or interactive as my home Banfield. Kept trying to push a prescription instead of actually speaking about my concerns and how I was feeling about my dog's condition. I had just lost a pet a couple months prior due to cancer and they didn't seemed to care about how fragile that is to me when bringing my other dog in. It was just about the money seemed like and I didn't like that vibe.

They may be a little busy sometimes and may not answer the phone as quickly as you think they should but that's because they're caring for your fur baby. My dog was pretty sick and they gave her the medicine she needed and we even went back for two follow-up visits just so Dr Gonzalez could make sure that princess was doing well.

Dr. Ugwu is kind, gentle, very caring and "hears" what owners have to say and responds with sympathy and understanding. We have found him to be extraordinarily competent and professional as he helped us care for our little Pomeranian, Bear, in his last weeks and days. He helped us at a time when we were overcome with grief and provided the clarity and explanations that we needed. We will never forget him and if we ever get another pet, we will make him that pet's vet for sure. We love him!

Great service & they always do a wonderful job with my girls. I have 2 pit bulls & they have been taking care of them all their lives. They also did a great job on bathing them.

This place has a MAJOR scheduling problem. Came in this morning after finally getting an appointment online (that they didnt have to reschedule), and was told they didn't have my appointment. Even after showing a confirmation email showing my name, the date and time, and location, they turned me away and the lady up front said "maybe next time you should make an appointment over the phone instead of online". No apology or anything for the inconvenience, instead it was made out to be my problem. Will not renew plan and taking business elsewhere

Depends on which location you go to. I do not recommend the White Rock location off Gaston rd in Dallas. I had 2 appointments here, the first one was canceled and rescheduled by them and when I showed up for the second one there was a note posted they were closed. I never received a call, very unprofessional!

Friendly and good service but I feel like you gotta ask prices for everything because front desk just sneaks in random prices . example I had taken my dog to get his rabies vaccine i was told a price NEVER I was told I had to pay for vet. "visit" even thou I was specifically told it was just a vaccine hence did not need to have a visit with the vet. Wouldn't you know I got charged $100 for a $27 rabies shoot.

I have been going to this Vet over 10 years and never had a problem. They recently changed owners and I have to say I am not impressed. We have yet to even meet the Dr. Who we just hand our pets over to for care, we RARELY get call backs for information unless we call them first. I recently dropped off my pet and they had no idea why he was there even though they told us he had to come back in 10 days (which was that day). I call back several hours later to get an update and the desk person was extremely rude, telling me in a very slow, loud voice (as if she were speaking to someone that was slow or handicapped.) Ithen when my wife calls back the desk person is AGAIN rude and snooty telling my wife SHE JUST TALKED TO ME. My wife had to correct her and tell her she had spoken to HER HUSBAND. My overall complaint....Have no idea who the vet is, they take forever to give updates and their front staff has SOMEONE who needs to be retrained on customer service
