I Googled vets in Mesquite and found they had great ratings and reviews and encouraged me to make an appointment for my dogs. It was my first time visiting this place and I found it very nice. It is very clean and I like that a lot, they are kind and the doctor spends the necessary time to see my puppies. Highly recommend this vet place.

I walked in at 8am, my dog was very sick and had been to the animal emergency hospital the night prior. My grandmother and I have taken our dogs to this vet ever since Dr. Jim Airhart was here, unfortunately we won't be back. When I walked in the receptionist was fairly rude to me because I didn't have an appointment and only helped out, explaining to me there were no openings after she went and showed my dogs ER paperwork to the vet. I understand not having enough vets and being booked up, I don't understand why she had to be rude after I had been up all night uncertain if my dog would live or not, the only real help I got from her was she referred me to the sister Rowlett office which will now be my main vet. There was only one doctor there at the time and I've read multiple reviews saying that staffing is an issue, so if you do choose to go there definitely get an appointment or else you'll probably be sent away.

Their service and follow-up process is amazing. My dog Bam and Mocho both are diabetic and I was hysterical one morning when it hit me that the dog that was the "crazzy"one was going blind .They took me in with no questions asked . Johnnie is amazing and patient with all the questions I ask - Amy is so thorough and detailed-I appreciate them both. Thank you, Towneast, for helping my furbabies; they mean the world to me, and it feels good to have them in a caring environment!!!

Respectful and lovely crew work here. I had to leave my baby behind after 12 years of love and they gave me the room needed to grieve and be there for my animal.

They are always on time and take the best care of both of my babies. We have since moved but we drive them to this animal hospital since they give such good care. Thank y’all for taking care of my two loves.

I'm sad to say this vet was good. For the last year though, every time I call for any reason it's up to 2 weeks for an opening, and they don't see animals after 3 pm. My dog has been a patient here for 12 years and I'll have to find another vet because they never have openings, don't see emergencies or see animals after 3.

I came to this clinic with a very sick dog whose life was almost over. Many other clinics refused to look at her and my regular vet clinic where we went to for 11 yrs just sent us home. This hospital agreed to see my beautiful fur baby. They did the best they could but her disease was terminal and after 2 weeks we had to let her go and walked her through the Rainbow Bridge. From the bottom of my heart I thank 💖doctor Tara, 💖nurse Whitney and 💖Rachel for their love, compassion, support and professionalism. I will bring my other fur babies to this clinic only. I will post happy photos later.

Love this place. The staff is Phenomenal..The Dr. Sack is a Sweetheart. She explained the dental procedure in detail.Love her bedside manner. I will be a life time customer. It was worth the drive from Addison.
