The facilities are very nice. We were expecting to get information and pics during our pets stay. Such as getting updates that he played w some pics and whether he had any issues. Our daughters location in Lubbock keeps the owners up to date on the pet w some Pics of the stay. She always gets a report out when she picks up her pet. It’s those little details that matter. But we do like the facilities very much. ;) ~Patty
