Went in to pickup my call-in order and found that it wasn't in their system. Kept telling them it was, and ten minutes later, it appeared. The front staff was nice, but when I arrived home I discovered my pizzas were overcooked along with my brownies. I was so tired from a day's work that me and my family attempted to eat. It was quite bad all the way around. Very salty, overcooked, and the veggies looked as if they were old. I won't be frequenting this location in the near future. I'm only giving 3 stars in fact just because the front attendant was so nice. ~RACC

It's Chick-fil-A, what is there not to love about it. They are consistent and delicious. I stopped to try the new location in Sunnyvale and was pleased by the prompt customer service, cleanliness, and kindness beaming from the staff. The parking area is spacious and the drive thru has 2 lanes to get you in and out quickly. It was very welcoming. I will definitely patron them again. ~Matilda

My dog had a seizure and was wobbly and disoriented and would not eat. The clinic was polite and helpful The vet tech was awesome . He did an outstanding job. The Vet herself was not. She dismissed herself as soon as she found out I did not have 2000 for treatment nor did I have a deposit of half. No pet insurance either. She did nothing even thou I brought the urine sample. Add she prescribed anti nausea pills and amoxicillon for my dog. He died two days later from the prescription med was toxic to him. She also wanted me to put him on zantac. My dog was not vomiting or diareah . He was dizzy dehydrated and in pain. Vet said he was not any pain. He started crying after the 2nd day of meds. He then died late nite early morning with respitory/ heart failure. He died with 3 minutes of having a seizure that paralyzed him and stopped his heart. . There was not a chance.. I could not have saved him or got him to a hospital he went to soon all because th he vet prescribed the wrong medicine. Never give your animal people antibiotics or any people pill. Even if the vet says. Ask for dog antibiotic s . Stay away from anti nausea pills .do your homework and beware the greedy vet who only want money and don't care about animals. ~Lynda

Stay away, they are not honest. I took a car in to install springs. They quoted me $400, they then said it would be $600. When we went to pickup the car, they said a shock was broken and they had to replace it, costing extra 🤔 This is a newer low mileage car. The shock was not broken (it's obvious when there's a broken shock like bad ride and leaking fluid from the shock) and had no signs of wear. Plus, we had the suspension inspected at the dealer just a week beforehand. The mechanic obviously broke the shock while compressing the spring, but they were adamant about making us pay for the broken shock. I've been a loyal customer for many years, spending thousands in our family vehicles repairs and maintenance (including an engine change). Their service has gotten very bad lately. Examples include: 1) I had them change a heater core. They left the entire interior with grease stains all over the seats, headliner, dash, and doors. I spent hours cleaning the interior afterwards. Adarius, the owner, promised he would "take care of me next time I came in." He never did. 2) I took a car in for an AC repair, it still doesn't work. You need to trust mechanics, I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. It saddens me to write this review, but enough is enough. ~F

I have been involved in some type of personal training for several years and crossfit for the last 2 years. I have had some mobility issues holding me back, but Brandon has helped me work through those. I have made great strides in the last few months with front squats, cleans, overhead squats..... Went to get my inspection done with my mom for both our vehicles, and we were greeted by Mr.Ben, both inspections took maybe a total of 10 minutes!! The employees were fast and friendly as well. Great service! I highly recommend this shop. ~Sofia
