I'm all for supporting local business but not those that nickel and dime you. This place can't even train nor communicate between themselves an customers get punished for it. It's all about their bottom dollar an not their customers needs or wants. Cost me more money (that I do t really have, food from my families mouth) because they fails to listen, communicate, an tell the truth. I will not be using them again. If I can find another vehicle they will be getting mine back. If I can't once I'm paid off I wont be stepping Inside their doors again. Very poor customer service.

These guys have really came a long way over the past 20 years of doing business in Savannah. Dustin, Anthony, and Will have done a great job assisting me with all my polaris needs and have been very straight up and honest. They get the best prices on all parts and it's good to support a local business.

My wife and I bought a vehicle through the buy here pay here program. First off the vehicle was in excellent condition no engine lights no nothing it was 100% ready. Our salesman was Dustin. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate about our situation and we struck a deal that was beneficial to both of us. I would say he went above and beyond for us when we bought it 16 months ago. I am disabled and I need my air conditioning. The AC in the car went out completely and the whole system needed to be replaced they worked with me on repairing it so that I could get it fixed because I certainly I couldn't afford to fix it on my own. They fixed the car after I put some money down and they added the rest to my monthly payment which I'm so very grateful for. Thank you again Dustin and everybody at Gillis.

Third day I had my car the Freon started blowing out of the vents like smoke and when you put gas in the car it shakes the whole vehicle. If you turn it off while putting gas in it, it doesn’t want to start back. Then when you ask them to fix the ac they want to charge you a arm and a leg just to diagnose it, and then charge you way more to fix it when they knew what was wrong with it when they sold it to you just didn’t say anything. Stuck with a $10,000 vehicle that might break down any day. Not the best customer service either.

Bought a Polaris today enjoying it, I'm glad the sales person took the time out of his way call me and explain a me a few things that I was stress over. The driver that delivery my vehicle was so nice and friendly he explained everything for me and my husband.

So far so good. Been dealing with Dustin Rose. Ordered my Polaris Ranger XP 1000 hope to see it in a week or two. These people are great to deal with. I was recommended by a few friends

Started off as a decent experience. Test drove a vehicle and agreed on what I believed to be a fair price. The finance manager suggested that I go to my bank to get a loan because I would get a better interest rate. He assured me he would not sell the vehicle until he heard from me. I went to my bank got the loan and returned with a cashiers check to get the vehicle. I was gone for a total of 2.5 hours only to be told the vehicle was sold already. He then preceded to lie and say he tried to call me . There's nothing worse than a man that doesn't keep his word. I wouldn't take a vehicle from these people if they gave it to me.

I’ve bought 2 cars from them! Boyce is a wonderful and kind man. Him and his team are so helpful and willing to work with his customers the best they can. I’ve never had any problems. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
