Denise in Customer Service is an angel and this Job Lot is so lucky to have her on their the team. She was so kind over the phone when I called with a damaged return concern. She was even MORE kind in person as she called at least 5+ different Job Lots to track down an item I was hoping to make an even exchange for. Finding retail workers that genuinely care about the customers is hard to come by these days, but Denise went above and beyond my expectations to give me the absolute best customer service. This place has bankers hours almost ! 7pm closed you got 5 people trying to get in to purchase items at the door.

I had an awful experience here. Staff cannot do math. I buy at OS all the time. They argued with me over what 40% of $40 was and insisted it was $24. And that was using a calculator. Hm. Go to Meriden. They are on the ball over there.

Great place for last minute finds. Always has what I need at a reasonable price. Staff is also super friendly.

After waiting in check out line for probably at least 5 minutes or more. There were 3 cashiers open w significant lines at each. After waiting a considerable time the cashier looks at me and says "I'm closed" seriously! She saw me in line for a good amount of time and then suddenly closes. Very poor customer service

Fun place to shop. You could spend half a day looking at all the different merchandise. I've bought everything from area rugs to bar soap, and all at a savings. How can you go wrong buying your spices for a dollar each. Sometimes getting down the isles can be difficult when the store is crowded or the shelves are being stocked, due to some isles being very narrow. The register process is fairly quick and they have an excellent return policy. There is plenty of parking. If you enjoy poking around and saving money, this is the place to shop.
