Happy to find a great pharmacy/general store! Everything is right about this store, which makes it pleasant snd relaxing to go into. Much of the credit belongs to the outstanding management. The district manager for this store is the as conscientious, dedicated, responsive, and courteous as any management I've come across. She is accessible, and if any problem does happen, or if I have any request, she takes care of it right away. The end result is a great store

The absolute worst and slowest pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Never keeps meds in stock and always late on refills.

My 83 year old friend, in a walker, could not get delivery until Monday for her much needed meds for a prescription that her dr. had sent to this store Friday., She attempted to go to this pharmacy by herself Saturday and was too weak to get out and collapsed, She called 911. The EMTs were able to get her up from the floor and into a chair I called the pharmacy, explained the situation and they were nonchalant saying that they use the postal service for delivery and she can go online and use someone else for delivery but probably wont be able to get it for a couple of days.. A relative of mine went to the pharmacy and picked up the meds. If you expect caring service or need prescriptions in a timely fashion dont use this store, I gave them 1 star because their system wont accept any less,

I've been a customer for many years and have always received good service here. I had to pick up prescription ear drops tonight and even with my insurance the 1/2 ounce bottle was $125! The lady who answered the phone at the pharmacy told me about a manufacturers coupon online. 5 minutes later the ear drops were $40 bucks. Now that's what I'd call outstanding customer service. She didn't have to do that for me but I certainly appreciate that she did.

I u understand that there are drug shortages bc of Puerto Rico but lying about the days that medicines get ordered when you told me it would definitely be ordered creates more of a mess for patients. No meds told it would be in today, never got ordered and not even the right day for ordering.

Not really that of great customer service. The older lady w glasses never open the drive thru window fully. Makes you feel as if you're bothering her. They do fill their rx on time so I'll give them that
