Unreal Im in United States and the announcement over head was in Spanish music was , and when I asked for help she didn’t understand!!! Im sorry I thought English was the first language in USA . I guess not anymore won’t ever go back or recommend !

No AC, ridiculous, 84 degrees today! The shoe area is disorganized and a mess. I received an email about summer dresses, couldn't find them in the store n the email directed me to my local store. The jewelry area is non-existant they moved it against the back wall; half of it is stolen, in disarray, and next to no inventory. How is it that TJ Max n Marshall's has inventory. As it is, I find many of the sections confusing, no effort is made to organize inventory so the same blouse is together- no yr looking at the same blouse repeatedly every 20 or so blouses over on the same very long rack. It's exhausting to shop there and there are no coupons or loyalty rewards like JC Penny, Macy's n Kohls. I go in only a few times a year, the stores' condition reinforces why. It's a shame the location is great, their organization and store appeal, and marketing alignment gets an F.

Your online post says that this store opens at 8:00 but when I went there the store sign says 9:30! Unacceptable!! Correct hours need to be posted online! I traveled there for no reason and wasted precious gas!!

Not the cleanest place, but has interesting bargains hiding on two floors of merchandise. Very nice & hard working lady in charge of try-on room.

I love love Burlington I grew up going there with my mom and I just love to go and see what they have especially as the season's change. This is one of my favorite stores but it seems to be a bit unorganized sometimes and and a lot of empty space or it's like overflowing. It's not consistent. It would also be nice if they had like some kind of public schedule where you know that they've gotten new stuff because it's not like you can shop online and it's really hard to keep track of when they get new things....so that would be a plus. Overall a good shop if you can figure out when to get there.

Very impressed clean and organize items. Not much for males clothing even shoes but good price with others. Very professional employees.

Burlington was looking nice, the store wasn't looking bad, lot of garments and shoes, dressing area was ok. One of my friend was looking for women slip. We didn't saw any. I got my self a nice pair of shoes. There wasn't a long line, cashier was fast. The prices are not bad. We found and saw good prices. Environment is clean. Good parking space, public restrooms, good parking area. Nice brand things not bad at all.
