6 Best childrens clothing store in Danbury, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I had one of the worst experience with this store. Shop at your own risk! If you purchased a item from this store make sure to return it to the store. The receipt states to return via FedEx don’t do it because you will get the run around from customer service for a refund and wait more than two months to get your money back! Manager mentioned speaking to a regional manager for the stress I’ve gone through, its more than a 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back! I will never shop at this store again! All they do is lie to there high paying customers!! ~shiloh

I really like this store. The place is always neat and clean. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this one store even before my son was born and he is now 2 and i still only go to this carters. The parking is good basically right in front of the store. There use to be little activities kids could do while they wait, but now because of covid thats gone but they have hopscotch which the kids still seem to love so it goes to show they care about the little people at hand. ~latisha

Love the clothes....especially when getting a good sale price. I went into the store to avoid shipping charges. I was happy to find the dress I wanted for my daughter's birthday but was shocked by the customer service. The nasty sales associate made it clear that she was annoyed to have to wait on me. Besides voicing my total and putting my couple items in a bag....she couldn't have ignored me more... making me feel as if I was very unwelcome in the store. I think next time I will suck up the $9 shipping charge. ~Jeanette

I love love Burlington I grew up going there with my mom and I just love to go and see what they have especially as the season's change. This is one of my favorite stores but it seems to be a bit unorganized sometimes and and a lot of empty space or it's like overflowing. It's not consistent. It would also be nice if they had like some kind of public schedule where you know that they've gotten new stuff because it's not like you can shop online and it's really hard to keep track of when they get new things....so that would be a plus. Overall a good shop if you can figure out when to get there. ~Kay-Ann
