I have always loved Free People clothes and my experience tonight was no exception. I bought some pieces that I really love and cannot wait to wear. But my experience was elevated by the amazing staff. I had to write this review to recognize one person in particular, unfortunately I did not get her name but she was an older African American woman with gorgeous long platinum locks. She was so beautiful inside and out, so incredibly kind and friendly, and made my friends and I so happy with our shopping experience. I can’t say enough good things about this woman. I really like this store. The place is always neat and clean. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this one store even before my son was born and he is now 2 and i still only go to this carters. The parking is good basically right in front of the store. There use to be little activities kids could do while they wait, but now because of covid thats gone but they have hopscotch which the kids still seem to love so it goes to show they care about the little people at hand. ~latisha
