This pharmacy treats anyone on controlled substances like they are bad people and purposely makes it hard to get the med refilled/filled. It’s embarrassing to be singled out like that. ~Nicole

I have always loved Free People clothes and my experience tonight was no exception. I bought some pieces that I really love and cannot wait to wear. But my experience was elevated by the amazing staff. I had to write this review to recognize one person in particular, unfortunately I did not get her name but she was an older African American woman with gorgeous long platinum locks. She was so beautiful inside and out, so incredibly kind and friendly, and made my friends and I so happy with our shopping experience. I can’t say enough good things about this woman. I hope she sees this so she knows how much we appreciate her ~Cara

I was dragged here. While I still have no clue what the purpose of this store is, it certainly had a nice, clean look, smell and staff were very friendly. ~Ben

Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pm My wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins. Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift. Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do" As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled. I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner. Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so. ~Naran
