This store is Wonderful! Pharmacy staff is efficient, kind and helpful. Store staff is always very helpful and courteous. I only wish the hours were better.

I've had decent in-store experiences through the years, but they have a terrible system if you need to phone and ask a question in advance. Normally I wouldn't waste time on a review, but I'm so mad after trying to talk to them and save a wasted trip that I've made the effort.

I’d give this place 0 stars specifically because of the pharmacy. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes (drive thru or in-store) EVERY TIME I go to pickup. You’re ignored by the staff who look up and see you waiting but do not acknowledge you or at least say they’ll be with you shortly. Lost prescriptions, inaccurate updates on when medication is ready, pharmacy techs sitting on their phone when there’s a line of people waiting. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Switching to a different pharmacy ASAP

Went for a pre-travel COVID test and the drive through pharmacy was not prepared for our appointments. It took them 30 minutes to prepare 2 kits, and they didn't check our IDs for the test. The turnaround was 2-5 days which seems excessive.

I went to this Walgreens store for a Covid PCR test on Thur, Aug 12, 2021. I am dismayed that the staff member who checked us in and gave us the testing materials, did not check our IDs but, more than that, he did not give us very specific directions: we could barely hear him saying that we should put the swab up each nostril for 15 secs but nothing about how far up, no help with checking to be sure we were swabbing around for 15 sec each side. I wonder how many false positive test results there are because of poor testing procedures!

We recently moved to the Danbury area and had to move our prescriptions over, too. This Walgreens is the closest to our home but the scathing reviews were really scaring me away. But, I ended up giving it a shot due to the convenience. Well, I'm pleased to report that our experience with the pharmacy has been good. I have found the pharmacist and the staff to be kind and accommodating. I sure hope this type of service continues!

The pharmacy at this store is terrible. There always seems to be a problem getting a prescription filled. The excuse is they are busy. That is no excuse. They are rude and need more help if that is the case. My doctor ordered a prescription for an antibiotic at 11:30 A.M. By 4:00 still wasn't ready. Then we're only able to fill a partial prescription. With the rest to be ready the next day. Called the next day and they forgot to get the rest of the pills. Now we will see what happens tomorrow.Time for a new pharmacy.

I have given this location over a dozen chances to get it right, and they just couldn't! We've had prescriptions filled incorrectly (prescription said 10 mg and they filled for 100 mg; I even showed them the bottle and the script! - and it still wasn't their fault) and filled and charged to our family, and NOTHING is ever their fault. I had the pharmacist AND the hospital together and NO ONE knew who the doctor was.. but they filled and charged us anyway. They've said the prescription would be ready (got a text) got there and they put it back (less than 2 days) but it wasn't their fault - and THEN took 5 hrs to refill it. They must be overwhelmed or something... but again, NOTHING was their fault. So I have found a new place! PLEASE check your prescriptions and dosage!
