This pharmacy treats anyone on controlled substances like they are bad people and purposely makes it hard to get the med refilled/filled. It’s embarrassing to be singled out like that.

I scheduled an appointment to be tested for COVID-19 at this CVS location that turned into a nightmare. When I arrived, the woman at the drivethru seemed to have difficulty understanding me. I had to repeat 4x my appointment time to her because she claimed she could not hear me. She then asked for my insurance information and when I replied that I did not have insurance and would be paying for the test myself, she refused to help me any further. She made a claim that the lab they contract with would not perform any test without my insurance information. I made her aware that the CVS site offered payment options and did not mention denial of testing due to lack of insurance. The whole experience was humiliating and degrading. I recently left employment and have not received my new personal policy information. I'm fully capable of paying for the test and was willing to do so. This person should not be allowed to deal will the general public where healthcare decisions are concerned. I will never set foot in a CVS pharmacy again and for those concerned about their own care, you should decline to do business with them as well.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. There will be a line of cars wrapped around the building, and they will spend 10-15 minutes per car. Made the mistake of going inside a few times. Don’t. They make eye contact with you while ignoring you.

I Witness a blonde old woman - store associate- (at register) miss treating a Spanish speaking customers. That is bad for business. Please do something about it. I'm concerned on how often she does this.

I wish there was a "No star" option !!!The Pharmacist there "DEB" is extremely rude!! she is terrible!! I will never go back to this location ever again , she is always cranky and literally yells at customers which is embarrassing. There should be some type of customer service training offered to her. She is not professional. I will also be calling the Corporate headquarters after my encounter with her.

I wish I could give you zero stars. They made my sick husband wait 30 min for a prescription fill, they told him to wait in his car and that they would call when it was ready, then they call, to tell him his prescription is filled but that they just closed the gate and couldn't give him his prescription till the next day. Store police they said. I guess CVS policy envolves leaving people sick...

They never fail to have the items I need. The staff, particularly those in the pharmacy are well-versed in medicine. They have always been able to answer any questions I might have. The aisles are a bit tighter than some of the newer stores, but there is enough space to get by a person with a shopping cart.
