Wonderful people working here who are so cheerful and eager to please their customers! I walked in earlier today and the employee really took the time with me to find things I thought a friend of mine would like. They have a lot of products to choose from and everything is tastefully displayed. They even volunteered to gift wrap my purchase for me! They keep the store very clean and since they’re in the mall there is plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

I was in this store, and specifically told the sales people I had an allergy to an ingredient and was wondering if they had products without that specific ingredient, so that I could still purchase. Two people( I don’t know how they identify so I won’t assume their pronouns), were very nice. One other person, was extremely rude, said “you don’t have to shop here” and it was very poor customer service, and overall made my shopping experience very saddening.

The staff was extremely nice to both myself, and my family. Dispite all the b.s. about the virus, the staff was very accommodating, and did NOT make us feel like we had the plague. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Only one cashier, with a long line. Also many of the scents that I enjoy are no longer there & there are so many changes. Its August 3, and Halloween stuff is already out.

I love the store but staff is never around when you need them even tho they are always overstaffed. Staff on floor should be more helpful instead of standing around looking petty
