Great selection for teenagers and young adults. You can get some good deals if you come at the right time. I stop in every once in a while with the kids when I’m at the mall. ~Andrew

I had one of the worst experience with this store. Shop at your own risk! If you purchased a item from this store make sure to return it to the store. The receipt states to return via FedEx don’t do it because you will get the run around from customer service for a refund and wait more than two months to get your money back! Manager mentioned speaking to a regional manager for the stress I’ve gone through, its more than a 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back! I will never shop at this store again! All they do is lie to there high paying customers!! ~shiloh

Quiet, clean mall with so many stores from comic books to Apple store. So many places and variery of eateries. Chick-fil-A is my favorite. Love the merry-go-round in the food court. ~Mike

Love the clothes....especially when getting a good sale price. I went into the store to avoid shipping charges. I was happy to find the dress I wanted for my daughter's birthday but was shocked by the customer service. The nasty sales associate made it clear that she was annoyed to have to wait on me. Besides voicing my total and putting my couple items in a bag....she couldn't have ignored me more... making me feel as if I was very unwelcome in the store. I think next time I will suck up the $9 shipping charge. ~Jeanette

I love love Burlington I grew up going there with my mom and I just love to go and see what they have especially as the season's change. This is one of my favorite stores but it seems to be a bit unorganized sometimes and and a lot of empty space or it's like overflowing. It's not consistent. It would also be nice if they had like some kind of public schedule where you know that they've gotten new stuff because it's not like you can shop online and it's really hard to keep track of when they get new things....so that would be a plus. Overall a good shop if you can figure out when to get there. ~Kay-Ann

Found everything and more. Spent a long time treasure hunting, it being my first time in the store. I am a loyal online customer of Sierra. They just have it all! Staff was friendly and helpful. Books are overpriced, but they have a good selection of WCSU merchandise and other school/dorm products that you might need. ~James
